It’s honestly frustrating because the food is consistently good—but the drive-through experience is just as consistently awful.
The drive-through staff are routinely rude and dismissive, to the point where it feels like you’re inconveniencing them simply by placing an order. The tone alone makes it clear they don’t want to be there—and somehow the customer is treated as a source of agitation just by showing up. This isn’t about someone having a bad day; it’s a pattern. Basic politeness—or even neutrality—seems to be optional, and no one appears to be holding the team accountable for how they speak to customers.
Zaxby’s food is genuinely good, but I’ve chosen more than once over the years to skip this location entirely because I don’t enjoy being spoken to like I’m annoying or exhausting for ordering a single meal (upbeat and polite no less).
Tonight was no different.
The location is convenient and the food was great—but the experience ensures I won’t be back anytime soon.
I hope management recognizes that this isn’t an isolated issue. It’s consistent, it reflects the brand, and it is absolutely a barrier to repeat business.

Very disappointing service once again!!
I ordered a quesadilla and a asian zensation salad. They forgot the sauce that I paid for. The salad had barely anything in it including the chicken. If the ingredients are unavailable, they should have the minimum courtesy to give me a choice. Horrible service YET AGAIN!!!

Ordered takeout and got home to find numerous strands of hair neatly placed on top of my food. Took it back to watch the cooks laugh in the kitchen along with the other employees. Older lady, who I assume was a manager, was apologetic. Spoke to the GM over the phone who couldn’t care less.

The chicken was hard to eat from the toughness. The fries were horrible! See pic for yourself. This isn’t my first time receiving subpar fries, but I never posted because No restaurant is perfect. However, the short haired older lady was very rude, and unconcerned with why I was unhappy with my meal. I came in polite and even offered to pay for the drink that I did not turn back in. She literally brushed me off and told someone else to do it, she said she couldn’t refund, she didn’t know what I said other than I wanted my money back in such a negative tone. I hate it for the younger people that work with this individual as she is a TERRIBLE example of how you treat a customer! She definitely earned this negative review!

I went after work 8/14/2025 ordered a Cobb salad I was told to move to the white line I waited 20 mins still not ready I then called and the manager said your food is coming out now I’m trying to get my crew in order I said ok I waited 15 mins more mins still no salad this was 35 mins I finally went to the drive thru window the manager said we’re u the one who called and she said u want a refund I said I want my food she wouldn’t refund back to my card just gave me cash and then found out my salad was never made the manager never apologized nothing !!!! She needs to be trained again nothing was ever said im sorry we are running behind very rude and unprofessional .

As usual, this location is usually a good place to eat. They keep it clean. The staff are usually nice and efficient.
This trip i ordered the new bacon, chicken, ranch quesadilla. It is a large quesadilla. Taste was great. Had too much ranch for me, but still was a great dinner.
