decided to try this one because the one in Covington always tastes like used motor oil.
Was well greeted at the order screen and at each window. It did take a few minutes to get my food but it was hit and fresh I will be back as long as the quality doesn’t degrade!

This place is great! The employees are so sweet and fun and of course the food was great. Definitely like how on top of things they were and the Cleanliness of the interior. We will definitely be back and recommend this Zaxby’s to everyone!

Manager wasn’t paying any attention to the store. The drive tru was averaging one car a min. They didn’t have anyone filling inside orders. This was at 6pm on a Friday. Once the front of the house customers decided to talk to the manager it has been 36 mins since a front of the house order was filled. You can see the screen so you can see the time. Some people chose to get refunds and some chose to keep waiting. The people that had waited for over 30 mins did get their food, but there was no compensation. The manager was trying to give some bs excuse, the truth is she never checked on what was going on inside the restaurant. Since there was no one filling front of the house orders, she had to fill them. She yelled at her staff because she had to give a refund, which is horrible leadership. Once we got the food it was great and I love the fact that they don’t have freestyle machines.

Went thru drive thru, Sunday, 4:30. Ordered A Cobb salad I’ve had the ones in Covington they were delicious. I get it home to serve my husband and I and most of the salad was wilted and old, too much money, to Have a bad salad. I live five minutes away. It’s cold outside. I don’t want to get all my stuff back on take to it back. This is totally unacceptable. I list 13.00.

If I could give it zero stars I would. I typically do not go to Zaxbys locations simply believe I am always given food that appears to be half eaten. This is the most greedy food establishment I have come across in a long time. People come to restaurants for food, and they stay for loyalty and satisfaction. Coming to a fast food restaurant required a sort of trust in the employees. For me to get off work and come to get a bite to eat that costs over $13.00 and be given not even a handful of fries and chicken tenders the size of my pinky finger with a slice of soggy bread- i’d rather go to another restaurant. This location has the potential to be great, as evidence by sweet employees such as one young man named Charles (i believe this was his name) who didn’t treat me like I was ruining their day. The workers at the drive through were playing around on top of it all. I went to the restaurant this past Thursday at 3:00 o’clock.
