Normally Zaxbys is good. This one here in Pogeon Forge was down right awful. Not only did I have to wait 25 minutes for my drive thru order but apparently drinks are 75% ice. Also don’t expect your order to be correct. Ordered 2 sets of boned wings. Somehow got 2 wings and 3 popcorn. Not only split the order wrong but they were the sorriest looking wings with barely any meat on em. Avoid this one at all costs

Even after I spilled part of my drink on the floor and then ordered a wrong item. The entire staff were so helpful and fixed my messed up order AND cleaned up my spill. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer group . Special shoutout to Sanya and The manager, Bernard!

No matter when I go the food is always hot and freshly made! I’d rather wait a couple minutes longer just to get hot food! Staff is always friendly and courteous and will quickly fix mistakes if there happens to be one. This location is pretty consistent no matter what time of day.

I ate at Zaxby’s for the first time and I really enjoyed the Fried Chicken Philly Cheesesteak meal! The flavor was delicious! The fries dipped in Zaxby sauce was also great as well! I also enjoyed the soda machine that allows you to get different flavor additives to your drinks! I had a peach Sprite and I really enjoyed it!

Was very pleased with this meal while on our trip. I thought about this place every day after we ate here. Loved their buffalo/garlic sauce and the teriyaki tenders. Also the cheese curds were bomb. Would definitely be back if I’m close to one.
