First time I ever been to Zaxby’s and I was definitely impressed. Everyone was very professional, and friendly. They seemed to work well together as a team. The customer service was outstanding! I ordered a Big Zax Snak, My chicken tenders were cooked to perfection, juicy and hot, my fries hot, and the toast was not soggy. The overall appearance of this location was clean. The restrooms were clean and well stocked.

Absolute worst Zaxbys I have ever visited. This is actually my 2nd time at this location. The 1st was bad also but I figured it was a bad day. Nope.. today was worse! Left out my 2 orders of cheddar bites but remembered the 2 ranch’s for my order. The piece of chicken on the chicken sandwich is very thick. I get that part but it’s also not done. It’s actually pink in the middle . The 3 nibblers meals were all over the box and little to no Zax sauce on them. I’m glad I bought extras. Won’t make the mistake a 3rd time. Do better guys .

My family cannot eat here anymore. At some point, they stopped cooking their fries all the way and they are not edible. They are constantly overrun with customers and even if you’re the only one in the drive thru, you have to pull forward and wait 10 minutes. The employees smoke weed in the back near the drive thru and over an hour before closing, they turn their lights off in the drive thru so people think they’re closed. It’s gotten so bad. Just don’t do it.

If you really want chicken, go back down to chick-fil-a down the road or on up to KFC or Bojangles. Order was given wrong and for second time here the drinks were not in proper working order. While standing at the counter for at least 5-10 minutes and all the employees behind the counter looked at myself and my kids multiple times without asking what we needed. Location was not that busy, only one other customer in dining room and couple cars in drive thru. If you can not have better customer relations than to ignore someone standing at the counter and trying to avoid any eye contact, you are most definitely in wrong profession!!! This is pointed to the manager that was on duty Monday 11/10/2025 at 4pm. Do better, no wonder there is such bad talk around our community for service.

On a recent trip I went through the drive through with my young daughter to get supper for my family. After paying WAY too much for this mediocre food I was asked to drive forward while they prepared my food. There was no one in line behind me so I refused and told them I would just wait at the window. Another “person” (the quality of this being barely qualified as a person) came and told me I would have to drive forward or they would get in trouble for having a car wait at the window. Again I refused since no one was behind me waiting. They prepared my food and refused to give me the food through the window. They told me if I didn’t drive forward then I would not get my food, which I had already paid for… I again refused and they say my order on the counter behind them and walked away. My food sat there for over 5 minutes at which another person drove up behind us. They prepared that persona order and brought it out to them while they left mine sitting on the counter getting cold. Finally they brought mine to the window and gave it to me after sitting for close to 8 minutes. As I was driving away the “person” flipped me the bird.
What kind of people work at these places… I realize they get paid minimum wage but just do your job and give me my food… Won’t be going back any time soon.
I did call the corporate line and report this so we will see if they actually do anything…

Found a hair in my food from this Zaxby’s and when I called, they couldn’t care less — all I got was, ‘okay, thanks for letting us know,’ then they hung up. No apology, no refund, no offer to remake it. That tells you everything about how little they value their customers or basic food safety. Absolutely unacceptable. If you care about what goes into your food (or how you’re treated), avoid this place.”

Jerky-esque chicken. Fries were like little tubes of sand. The whole meal was drier than a Popeyes biscuit. Soda machine will spray you with syrup. They played loud rap music over the lobby music. The whole place smelled like an old hot tub room. I should have taken the hint from the desolate parking lot, when every other restaurant in town is packed.

Today I, my mom and my wife had lunch. We all had the fried chicken salad with tea and Texas Toast.. We noticed the dining area was clean and set up for Social distancing. We all enjoyed the chicken salads and bread.
