Chelsea was proud to says she’s agm was rude unaccommodating my food was not prepared right and my drink had dirt floating on top disgusting! Justin told me to bring the receipt I had I told him I only have sticker from my bag of food as my mom had purchased it she didn’t even try to make things right I will be calling corporate over 2 little big zax snacks I called with my issues had my receipt in my purse this is the first opportunity to come to oak ridge and I wasn’t even important enough for her to come from cook stations she leaned over the counter and didn’t even try to care need better management

Very rude blonde hair drive through child worker . I would say her name on here but wasn’t wearing a name tag. Now I’ll get a response from someone asking to email them to ask what they can do to make it better. Looks as though they need to hire better customer service people by the reviews

Everytime I go to Zaxby’s I remind myself of why I don’t ever go to Zaxby’s. $10.50 for 5 bites of chicken and a handful of fries, absurd. Chicken = cold and not fresh, fries = cold and old. For what I paid, I should have went down the street to Aubrey’s and got 3 times as much, with better quality for a couple dollars more. Zaxby’s motto is let’s raise the prices decrease the amount we serve and who cares if it’s fresh or not, throw it in the bag.

Very impressed! New to the area and unfamiliar with Zaxby’s. Came through during lunch rush, gal standing outside taking orders was very patient with me and when asked what she would recommend she had several recommendations. Very knowledgeable about the menu and polite. I asked for no tomatoes on my sandwich, unaware house salad had Roma’s on there and she ensured my salad didn’t have tomatoes either. Gals at drive through window polite and professional. Very happy with the service I received. Will be coming through a lot more. Thank you for such great service and great food!!

Ordered multiple things. One was a grilled cheese sandwich – for myself. But a child wouldn’t have eaten it either. Went right in the trash! Would you serve this to your family? Why would you send it in my door dash order? Looked like you made it 6 hours ago and completely soaked in butter, cheese looked sort of brown. One bite and I had to spit it out. Since you care so little wasting my money or about what you put in my delivery bag on 10/2/23 at 8:30pm from the Oak Ridge Zaxby’s, likewise, I won’t care about giving you a 2 star review.

Ordered wings n things and fried pickles. The pickles were pretty good. The wings n things had the wrong sauce on the wings. It was missing one wing, one tender, and the toast. It also had very few fries in it and the napkins were in the box. Poor/missing food packaged poorly.
