My friend and I waited 30 minutes for our meal just now at this Zaxbys. Major disappointment, as I had talked up Zaxbys and how much better it is than Canes (it was his first time eating Zaxbys). Couldn’t believe they didn’t offer to refund the meals after the insane wait. Will definitely never stop at this location again.

Hands down the friendliest fast food crew I’ve ever run into. Every single employee was genuinely kind, upbeat, and actually seemed happy to be there (which is rare and deserves recognition). If I had walked in grumpy, I would’ve walked out smiling, no question.

Had to wait over an hour between standing in line on a Sunday afternoon and when we got our food. It was our first time at a Zaxby’s, but waiting 45 minutes after you order at a fast-food restaurant is unacceptable. Only giving two stars because the lady running the register gave us some extra treats to compensate for the long wait. Food was good.

I ORDERED a Side order of Cole SLAW to go with my meal tonight and was brought out a 1 once cup. When I asked for a Manager he came out and informed me that THAT IS THEIR SIDE ORDER Needless to say I’ve ordered there many times and I’ve Never gotten such a little amount for my money’s worth! The most friendly and composed RESTAURANT ,not just fast food, experience I’ve had in forever. Not sure their names but I know one dude looked to be in his 20 and had brown hair, extremely nice. I don’t know if I’ve ever left a review before kinda feel like an npc but honestly I’m left speechless from the positive atmosphere. People were saying heard and shit at a fast food joint. Pulled up to order at 3 o’clock in the afternoon just for them to be out of every single item I tried to order, from no boneless wings, to none of their specials available, apparently no fries, they have also been out of lemonade for literal months, use to be a great addition to Newport but slowly and surely going downhill. Will not be back.

Went through drive through at 9:35 I wanted a cream soda to find out that they don’t have a freestyle machine but the manger bj made me a make shift cream soda and it was the best thing Ive had in a minute he really made my night by making me that drink. Deserves a pay raise!!

We had a issue with our phone putting the pick up a hour away and they helped get it in and it was fast and super helpful. Everything was clean and nice in order and they were super easy to get help from. Elijah was fantastic

We went through drive through for dinner waited over 30 mins for our food and got it and it wasn’t even the correct order… don’t recommend this location at all! Very rude and wait times are ridiculous.
