I ordered two kids’ meals and four chicken strips from Zaxby’s. Overall, the food was fine — hot, fresh, and about what I expected. The kids enjoyed their meals, and everything seemed prepared well. However, every order was missing the Zax Sauce, which was honestly the main reason I went to Zaxby’s instead of Chick-fil-A. It’s not a huge deal, but a little disappointing since the sauce really makes the meal. Still, everything else was good, and I’d probably go back again — just double-checking for the sauce next time!

We have always been pleased with the food we’ve ordered in the past but were very disappointed in the salads we picked up yesterday. The toppings were fairly normal but there was very little salad in the bowl and what there was was wilted. I don’t feel it was worth getting a portion size of a side salad for over $10 each. Also, the bread wasn’t what it’s been in the past. It was cut in half and mashed flat. Not a good choice for salads in the future.

Both ladies at the drive thru ate absolutely your best employees!!! I work right beside there and go all the time and they are so nice and professional they keep your customers happy they need a raise! They are two older ladies and they deserve it❤️

Do not waste your time going to this restaurant. Stood at the front counter for 10 minutes not one employee was insight no one ever came to take my order management does not schedule enough employees to cover the store a waste of time would not recommend that restaurant at all!!!!!!
