First time eating food from Zaxbys . Placed order using their app… food was ready when we got there to pick it up. Food was acceptable (we ate it) but they forgot the dressing for the salad, the sauce for the chicken tenders (which were quite small) and they forgot the caramel sauce for my funnel cake. The Texas Toast tasted burnt… weird. Not sure if we will give them another try…

Have yet to get a correct order in two years of coming here… it’s amazing the difference in quality of staff there is between places that drug test and the ones that don’t…thank goodness for bojangles next door, at least there you can get chicken when you want chicken. I could eat here three to four times a week. There food is almost always fresh and well worth the wait. The employees are always nice and seem quick to respond. The only reason I didn’t give it a five, is at times they go thru spells of forgetting things on orders. They do make it right, but it can be a hassle to have to drive back there.

I came through the drive through and ordered food. The employee handed me a drink that had a hole in it and ended up spilling all over me and my car. Then in the process of handing my food gave me the wrong order. Finally after receiving my correct order I get home to find out that the food was made wrong. When I returned to the restaurant I observed multiple health code violations such as employees personal drinks being sat next to food preparation items. A major no no. So I refused for them to remake the food due to thoes violations and they refused to give me my money back. The “manager” Madison was extremely rude to me so I will not be returning except to speak to the General Manager Shane.

ZAXBYS COMPANY ADMINS PAY ATTENTION:The Greeneville Tn store needs an ADULT manager. Not a snot nosed kid. The company needs to stop online ordering. The pandemic is over. The employees are all teenagers and can’t manage the online orders and the drive thru at the same time. Meanwhile your standing waiting a half hour for a to go order while they train some new kid who doesn’t know where he is and can’t read the cash register screen in front of him. This is happening in all the fast food places. Zaxbys was great for a long time. Your high technology(online ordering) is clashing with normal process.
