This has now got be the worst Zaxby’s in the area. It used to be one of the better locations, but I’m not sure what has happened. I just waited 10 minutes in the drive thru and received cold food. I took it back in the store and requested it be remade and was looked at like I was an alien. They “allegedly” remade it but when I got it back it was the same food they originally took back. I got a refund and wasted 25 minutes of my life for nothing. If management is reading this, you need to train these young kids better. Also, they need to be trained to not be touching their hair and then handling the food.

Honestly I love this place but today’s lunch was by far under whelming. we got the chucken bacon ranch fries minus the ranch and add the tongue torch sauce. The fries were cold the cheese was not even close to melting and the chicken was cut into huge pieces. We also ordered the white cheddar bites and they were luke warm at best. for 20 dollars I’d like to get hot food.

I placed my order through the app and arrived shortly after 7. They asked me to pull up and I knew it was not going to work out (yet again) as there were cars waiting everywhere. The woman that was pulled up in from of me stated “you better check your bag” after a worker went back and forth to her car 3 times and she still had to go in to get her order fixed. After waiting 20 minutes, I went in to ask about my order. They looked around and went to hand me a bag from the counter that had been sitting there apparently the whole time. I told them that I didn’t want cold food and asked them to remake it. That request was met with what appeared to be a whole lot of attitude from a girl in the kitchen who snatched the bag. After several more minutes I was told it would take another 15 minutes on the traditional wings. I then asked for a refund after being there over 30 minutes to leave with no food. I don’t get it. They were 100% not short handed and several young girls were in the kitchen talking. I don’t know what happened to this place but it’s absolutely terrible!

Service and atmosphere was great but the food not so much. You have one drink machine for all the drinks and they just mix together (nasty) the chicken wings was chicken bits “not wings” the cheese bites had no cheese. My chicken fingers was so hot when I took a bite “after I let them cool for 25 mins” the grease shot out and burnt me, I instantly had a burn mark. Myself I will not go back…

Went through the drive-through asked for a ton of a wimpy sauce just to pay $.25 to get a little cup and I would’ve paid $5.00 for a tub. Asked for my fries extra crispy still came out limp.

I could eat here three to four times a week. There food is almost always fresh and well worth the wait. The employees are always nice and seem quick to respond. The only reason I didn’t give it a five, is at times they go thru spells of forgetting things on orders. They do make it right, but it can be a hassle to have to drive back there.

Maybe you guys should have the drive through person text the orders to the kids phones on the prep line so they can get the orders correct…. if they spent half as much time and energy preparing food as they do texting and goofing off, maybe we would get the food we ordered the way we ordered it. It should’ve been this restaurant instead of Fatz that closed.

I went there about an hour ago and i asked the lady who took my order to PLEASE make sure they do light salt/seasoning on my fries and i mentioned that they never listen to my request. These do not look like light salt. is there a reason why they can never do light salt ??

Advertisement was a lie… Unfortunately Mr Beast Box looked way better in the pictures and the reality was very underwhelming. If you advertise an overflowing box with big pieces of chicken you gotta give the same thing. Other than that the customer service was good. But waste of money.
