I ordered takeout from this Zaxby’s, and the ordering experience, while efficient, was very disappointing. I won’t withold credit where due, my food was prepared in a reasonable manner and the employees were pleasant.
The order experience was disappointing because of the price relative to the quality of the food. I added on a kids meal, and ended up trying a handcrafted beverage. I may have missed it…but it charged $1 extra for ~4oz of lemonade total. A lot of the beverage itself was quite simply ice. This is extremely disappointing, and hard to justify coming back to this location. I was told by customer service that the restaurant would reach back out to me, but it’s been over 2 weeks and they haven’t.
I do want to emphasize the people were very kind I interacted with. The employees presented no issues. But when the value of fast food has declined below going to sit down restaurants…its simply too expensive and too little for what you pay for to justify going. That’s why I’d not recommend this location. Even with in-app benefits.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the chicken finger dinner. They put a special flavoring on their fries that I have only seen 900 mi away in FL. It’s not spicy but tastes wonderful. Today I was going in for heart surgery so it was just my daughter getting food. I told her she was torturing me lol!!! I can’t wait to try the new Asian wrap. Every time we’ve stopped in (except today of course) they’re sold out so it must be really popular.

I was very disappointed in the amount of food that I got when I ordered my big Zak snack. I had only like 10 fries in my box and three little tenders that were very small worse than normal not very pleased with that. You pay good money for food and don’t barely get very little

Pitiful * Payed $13.02 for the wings and things meal. Upgraded to a large fry. The meal came with 10 french fries. (A large fry is $2.89. so that made each fry 29 cents each.) Ordered extra sauce and the sauce cups were 1/4 full. The food was all mixed and jumbled up in the container. The fries were soggy from sitting on the wings.

Zaxby’s use to be the best place in town to get a salad. But in the past year they have really went down hill. A salad has went up from $7 to $10 which I didn’t mind bc they were always good quality ingredients and a good size. But now they are charging more for less quality ingredients and the at now half the size they use to be. Last time I got a salad I thought maybe they had an off day. So I went back again to give them another chance. My salad had rotten lettuce in it (see pic of the pieces I picked out before I decided to give up n throw the whole thing away) and it was half the normal size (see pics). One time is a fluck but twice is a pattern. I am truly disappointed about how they’ve went down hill and will not be going back to zaxbys ever.

I ordered off of DoorDash a three-piece chicken tenders, and when it arrived, it smelled like cigarettes and tasted like cigarettes. So I went back to the store to get a new order like they said that they were going to over the phone and once I got there, the management barely talk to me and apologized, Then told Me that the order was only gonna be a minute waited there for five minutes. Just to end up having the chicken still smell like cigarettes.

Drive thru order, got a 4 piece finger plate extra fries large sweet tea, and an order of the veggie egg rolls. Egg rolls were burnt, so was pretty disappointed. Fries tasted as if they had been reheated. Chicken tenders were good though, as well as the tea. Normally when I come through they’re good but today was not it.

I ordered 4 pieces of grilled chicken about 10-15 minutes before closing time. They probably didn’t have 4 pieces to sell me. They could’ve dropped them fresh since I was charged for them but no they give me 2 pieces and put a half a piece in each box. That is stealing. If you didn’t want to make them then why didn’t you charge me for 2 pieces instead of 4.

Always a great experience at Zaxby’s by ETSU. What a clean store and swift service even first thing in the morning! The manager was a rather stern, serious… um, tall man but none the less friendly. Gotta stop here more often!
