Zaxby’s is easily one of my favorite fast food spots. The chicken is always fresh, crispy, and full of flavor. Their Chicken Finger Plate is my go-to, especially with the Zax Sauce — it’s honestly undefeated. The fries are seasoned perfectly, and the Texas toast just makes the whole meal better. The staff is usually friendly and the food comes out hot and quick. If you’re craving good chicken with great flavor and solid portions, Zaxby’s does not disappoint.

Picked up a couple of salads to go through the drive through. Took my order, 10 minutes later I get to the pickup window and someone tells me the chicken has a couple more minutes left and directs me to pull into the space. Food takes 10 minutes. Given without even a worry for your wait or anything. I asked to speak with Cadence. She sent the same employee back out with a detailed explanation on how they had 6 minutes of prep as a reason why I didnt get my food for 20 minutes. This isnt the first time I’ve had an issue. I won’t be coming back to this location.

I will not be back to the Zaxby’s on Stuart Rd. I was ignored when I went to pick up an online order. I waited at least 10 minutes without being said a word to. Then when the little female cashier finally went to the register (to wait on the next customer that came in I might add) I slide over and told her I was next. She got an attitude with me and said she assumed I was waiting on an online order. (How can you know that unless you ask or even ask someone’s name?) Then she proceeds to tell me they were working on it when it was in the window on a tray getting cold for the last 15 minutes. And she could have just given me two cups and put it in a bag…she also said I needed to move over to the next register so she could help the next person because the lobby was full(there was literally 4 people waiting in line, including me. This isn’t the first time me or one of my coworkers has been treated this way by picking up an online order. Customer service isn’t a priority at this store. The customer isn’t right. I will drive across town next time, I suggest y’all do the same.

I think I just hit them at an off time but I waited at the first drive through window for a while, like instructed. I finally pulled forward thinking I had heard them wrong. Nope the girl had gone to the restroom and not told anyone. Minor inconvenience. The young lady at the window was incredible, helpful and apologetic. I was thankful for her. I saw her try and get the manager to help and she wasn’t getting much help it appeared. The food was good. Just seems there should be a process if this happens rather than leave someone at the window and the manager should be aware of what is happening and at least appear helpful

I am disappointed. The last few times I’ve been to this location they have not added extra seasoning for my fries. Today I did the same order as I usually do, plus food for my parents. I asked for extra seasoning plus I chose to “go big” on my fries. This is what I was given (pictured below). The only good thing I can say is the food is good, other than the fries not being seasoned. I was also just given really small chicken tenders and less than 8 pieces of the fried white cheddar bites. Whenever I have this box from other locations, the same way I usually order it, I’m full before I can even finish it. Really disappointing.
Note: I did eat one piece of toast before taking the picture, they did give me both pieces.

The food is usually pretty yummy from here! However, today we got two meals with fries and an extra fry. The large fry order and the order in the wing meal were almost too hard to eat. I love Zaxby’s fries so I was pretty disappointed when half of the fries were inedible
