I generally don’t give a low review on a business … but I have tred4 different Zaxby’s and not cared for the food.
Fries extremely salty .. test chicken on my sandwich was even salty. I opted for just the ranch and not the spicy sauce, and there was way too much ranch on the sandwich.

Every time I come to this Zaxby’s, the entire staff is so friendly and welcoming, and the food is always delicious. I especially love the loaded bacon ranch fries, they never disappoint! Amber always does an exceptional job making sure my order is taken correctly and that everything is fresh and perfect. She’s always kind, always has a smile, and has a great attitude. Her professionalism and kindness truly stand out. Definitely one of the reasons I keep coming back! ♡

The sandwich was good, but not what I expected. Service was friendly and the food was served hot. Glad to see that their dining room was open. Social distancing and mask were requirements were enforced. Drink stations could have been cleaner and ice machine was not working. I was surprised to see no iced tea available?

Waited in the drive through for 10-15 minutes, we ordered to big zax snacks, food is okay but they gave me “spicy zax sauce” and “honey mustard” when it usually comes with zax sauce. we didn’t make any additional comments. workers were laughing and playing around while working in the back.

I usually come to zaxbys every other day ! I added extra chicken which they say is extra chicken. I called and asked for the manager which she said she was speaking she said she bagged my order and saw put extra chicken then on top of that HUNG UP IN MY FACE .. I used to work at zaxbys for part time (not at this location) but THIS IS NOT EXTRA CHICKEN . Very disrespectful and disappointing for a manager to speak to ANY customer !!

Salad was good until i picked up a huge piece of plastic out of it. $18 for a zalad and two drinks with plastic on the side is not ideal. Also, girly that took my order was extremely rude for a 1 minute and 50 second interaction.

No one has a professional bone in their body. The girl who took my order did not even greet me. She acted like she hated I bothered her! I had to say hello, then she asked “what can I get ya? “ The guy who gave me my food was Keaton. He was very kind and respectful. He should be your manager because the one you have now sucks. It is 5:10 pm/ Sunday/ 8/31/25. The place is dead at the moment so it’s a great time to clean “little kids!” You deserve $4.00 an hr with this service ! Keaton, you deserve a $4 an hour raise bud!

Wife got food poisoning from this location – unfortunately, it didn’t surprise me as every time we’ve been the past few years the service is slow, and the food cold and never fresh. Nothing against the employees, I’m sure they’re doing their best – this is likely the result of poor management.
