We stopped by this Zaxby’s while picking up an Uber Eats order, right near closing time, and had such a positive experience. We’re always very mindful about ordering when a restaurant is about to close, but Eli was incredibly kind and reassuring when we asked about getting a cookie butter milkshake for ourselves. He never made us feel like an inconvenience and treated us with genuine warmth. That level of thoughtfulness really stood out and meant a lot to us. Thank you, Eli, for turning a simple stop into a really kind moment.

The food was kinda cold for just ordering and then not even two minutes later our food is out. Fries were on point but the chicken tenders were kinda warm not even hot. Dont believe I would ever come back to this place its 2pm and food like this. Zaxbys has been hit or miss with me depending on locations and times.

Ordered a cobb salad. When I got home, I opened the lid and started putting dressing on the salad then saw a dead BEE laying in the food. Absolutely disgusting. Called to let them know and the lady was semi-apologetic and said she would check the salad bar.

I ordered through the app. I got a completely different salad than I ordered. Looks like I got a Caesar salad with ranch dressing. I ordered the house salad with no tomatoes and honey mustard dressing. I drive about 15 min to get this during my lunch break and didn’t have time to go back to have it corrected. I should have checked before leaving but it should be right in the first place.

I’ll start by saying we have had better from here, but this particular visit had to be noted. I order a $12 meal and ask for Buffalo on my fingers and Sweet and spicy on the boneless wings. I get Buffalo boneless wings and nothing on my fingers. I’m sure we will eat here again and ill update my review once I do if it’s any better.

Service here is not too good, the cashiers are very rude, I already have anxiety as it is and their experience made it a lot worse for me, I only went in because the line was long, I was on my lunch break and was nervous to walk in but I did and the cashiers are very rude for no reason.
Sometimes you never know what people are going through and I get that location isn’t the best, but being a human to another human at the end of the day, doesn’t take much. And yes I get it, a job is a job, but please think about that before going to a job and encountering with others. You just never know why they are shy or anything. I believe management should really speak on that with their employees, thats anywhere you go.

Came in 20 minutes before closing… stood at the counter while numerous people just walked by and wouldn’t ask to take my order… then when I was asked to order… I was told they out of CHICKEN hahaha really well then a guy spoke up and said they was closing was why… so I wasn’t able to order anything… I guess they need to get different store hours and close earlier… or different management

Got the fried shrimp and was given a box that the heat melted the actual container it was in..can’t be safe to consume. Very gross. The 2 working seemed polite though.
