Firstly, I’ll start off by saying if there was anyway to give a lower rating I would. For starters any time I go here, they always get my order wrong or on the miracle that it’s correct, the portions/presentation is absolutely pitiful. As you can see from the picture these “Tenders” are not even bigger than my own finger! Really? A tender? Come on. Almost 11$ for four miniature tenders and some fries? How does that even make sense. My husband even got a chicken sandwich there and the patty was no bigger than a half dollar coin! When trying to take it back we get incompetent people looking me dead in the eyes completely unsure what the problem was? Unbelievable. Over priced place for no quality food. There needs to be some serious management change. I will never be going here again. Lastly, It’s not uncommon to get someone else’s order either.

Terrible experience 2 days ago!!! They literally just threw the food in the plate any kind of way, the drink machine was down at 6:30pm and I’m not sure if they ever fixed it. Zaxby’s used to be sooooo much better in the early 2000s. I will say the one star is for my food actually being hot this time.

My last visit to Zaxby’s a month ago was terrible because the two kids grilled cheese sandwiches I ordered were so incredibly salty they could not physically be eaten. I trashed both of them. Tonight I go back and explain my last experience and ask if they can make a grilled cheese that is less salty, if they can’t, I don’t want it. They agree and I go home only to find two of these meals which clearly are not grilled cheese sandwiches. Now it is late and I drive back to Zaxby’s near closing time, as usual there is no less than 8 vehicles waiting in the drive thru and the dining room is closed. There is no way I will make it to the window and be able to get the correct food by 10PM, closing time. So another visit to Zaxby’s and two more meals in the trash. If you want to buy food that you just go home to throw away, eat here.

$21 dollars for 10 wings and a drink. Only received 9 of the 10 wings ordered. When approached about the error, kitchen staff acted as though it was an inconvenience for them to correct. I noticed their response and of course rejected anything further from the kitchen. No telling what you’re going to get with simply communicating a missed item.

I placed a mobile order to pick it up at 5:00pm. I waited 10 minutes for the order and drove 8 miles home to find out that my order was missing one wing and one other wing was completely overcooked and dry. So after a 16 mile round trip I got to enjoy a 3 wing meal and it’s too far to go back for 2 wings. This is the first time I receive bad service at this location.

I always have a great experience at Zaxbys but I just feel like Andrew M needs the recognition. I was already having a good day but he was so fulla enthusiasm it made me have an even better night, I felt the energy & excitement thru the drive thru, I haven’t even made it to the window yet now that’s great customer service!!!
