Worst location EVER! I went today after a long break and I remember why I stopped going. Ordered trad wings and things with nuclear wings, lemon pepper tenders and garlic parm fries. Got lemon pepper wings with next to no seasoning on them, nuclear tenders, and some soggy fries. That was my last trip, I promise!

I guess Zax sauce doesnt come with orders anymore. Last 3 times I have been to this location or ordered delivery they have given no zax sauce. Tonight I specifically paid for extra and still didnt get it. Newsflash zaxbys… People only come for your sauce.

Although the service of taking my order was ok, the food wasn’t fresh, I asked for extra hot honey mustard sauce on the side didn’t get it. The chicken tenders were old and hard the fries had way too much seasoning on it.

My salad was ready fast, but the grilled chicken was super chewy and dry, like it had been reheated or just severely over cooked. It tasted just like chicken from microwave meal, that was the texture it was giving. Very disappointing for $12. I used to eat here a lot, never had bad food like this before so something has went downhill. Waste of money today.

Zaxbys used to be my favorite place for chicken and their salads could not be beat. Over the past year the chicken has changed and they stopped giving marinara sauce for the cheese bites but I decided to get a salad tonight since you can’t get a better salad anywhere else for the price. I hate to say but it was not up to par. The salad bowl was not filled with lettuce. It was more toppings than lettuce. Barely any grilled chicken. I know the zensation salad comes with the brown sauce but it was so much on it there was no point of putting the dressing on it. I got a side salad for 13$. The disappointment . The best part of the experience was the beautiful lady that handed me my order.

I have yet to have a bad experience with my Zaxbys…food, service, everything is always great…id say I wish I could remember names to point out those who provide extraordinary service, but its all of them, always…whatever yall have done, whatever leadership you have, and your exceptional hiring practices, please keep it up…I only wish every restaurant was as awesome…the one and only negative thing I can say is that I wish prices were a bit lower for poor folks like me, but, then again, the quality of the food and service is still well worth it.

Tried the new Chipotle ranch soft tacos. They were delicious!! Shout out to whomever came up with this idea for zaxbys! This is one of my new favorite meals at zaxbys.
