I ordered the “NEW” lemon-pepper wings meal and the egg rolls. The wings were dried out and looked re-dropped. The egg rolls were definitely fried in old grease. Then to top that, when I ordered in the app, the choice to pick it up in the drive-thru was disabled, so I had to go inside. I have sciatica and was in a lot of pain that day, so I thought that was pretty messed up. View the pictures below, does what I received look like what was advertised?? NOT! The location is: 507 Fob James Dr., Valley, Alabama.

We went in for carry out. Looked closed, no lights on in the parking lot at 7pm. The lady that took our order was great. She was nice and friendly. She was pulled to the back to help cook and prepare orders. We heard them say that chicken was 20 min out. We had been waiting for 10 min already. We asked if that applied to us and we were told no. The gentleman after us was called up to get his food before us so we asked about ours. They lady at the front was rude to us, there was an order at the counter with our name on it and we were told they were all online orders and to sit till we were called. I mentioned that we were told we would wait 20 min and it was 20 at this point, the guy behind us had already got his food and left. She sarcastically said he only got a salad and had no clue what we ordered. The lady that took our order looked over and was very apologetic that we were still waiting and that our order had been completed some time ago. The front person confirmed our order with the lady in the back, got snotty and shoved our food to us. No apologies, no nothing, just cold food that had been sitting for over 10 min while I was made to feel like I was a horrible person for asking for the product I paid for. I pray that lady has a better day

I have never in my life had a more rude employee working the front, taking orders. Hopefully the manager of this franchise has the management skills to spot a real bad egg when he or she sees one; this was absolutely terrible.

If I could give this place a zero star, I would. An employee came into the bathroom with her headphones and got an order. Employee did not wash her hands. She flushed and went back to the kitchen area to take an order. Who is to blame here? Is it management not properly training their staff on the importance or hand washing when dealing with food, or an employee not being able to pass on a headset to a co-worker because management is not available to assist when they are not at their assigned post if they needed to use the restroom. VERY VERY NASTY. IMAGINE EATING HERE AND THE PERSON WHO IS HANDLING YOUR FOOD DID NOT WASH THEIR HANDS. YUK.

The service varies every time I go, only had one time when I had to hold my tongue. Usually service is friendly and fast. Boneless lemon pepper wings have me in a choke hold.

What is up with this location???? Last TWO times I have gone out of my way to go there and got NOTHING. Last week closed for some random reason in the middle of the day. Tonight at 6:30pm they tell me they are out of tenders. Only nine in chicken. I’m sorry what?! Clearly we need a new location in my town

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The worst customer service I have ever seen. I’ve never felt so small in my life. My feelings are deeply hurt. If that employee still has a job after what just happened, tells me a lot about zaxbys. I went through the drive thru to grab a bite to eat. Ordered. Got to the window, it was incorrect. The person working at the window had ear buds in and a shower cap and She started yelling and told me that I didn’t order what I was asking for. So I asked for my card back. Then she slammed the glass window in my face and started yelling again. So I went inside and politely asked to speak to a manager. she kept yelling at me from the window and said she wasn’t apologizing to anyone. I was at the cashier. all the other employees ignored me. They said no manager is on sight. Needless to say. Not just this site but Zaxbys just lost a customer and no telling how many more after reading this review.

I placed an online order a while ago, and when I went to pick it up, they told me the order had been canceled, but I never canceled it. When I checked my bank statement, they had deducted the money for the order, but they never wanted to deliver it to me.

I went to get my team members lunch tonight around 5pm 2nd shift. I ordered 12 – 4pc tender platters. I had to wait like 20min then they brought my plates out and I told them all 12 platters were missing the coleslaw. They went in for another 10min just to come out to tell me they were out and that all my plates have extra fries to compensate. This don’t look like extra fries. And shouldn’t they have said something when they first took the order and/or when they first brought the food out.
