This is a good and simple chicken restaurant. I really like their chicken salad a lot. They also have good chicken tenders to have with side dishes. ( like the fries and fried pickle pieces) and their good sauces. The chicken and bread taste good. The place seems rather clean and safe and very popular.

We can’t get an order correct here. I just called the manager and I dont think she was the manager. Her response was, “Im sorry” I want more of a response that says, “What can we do to get our orders correct?” My office is close to Zaxby’s and we used to go there a lot. Foosackly’s, here we come. They may be a little further up the road, but we’ll get a correct order. Check you order BEFORE you leave.

Just placed an order at the drive through and was charged more than advertised. A sign was posted indicating that the Zaxby’s Signature Sandwich meal was $6.99. I was charged $8.02. The cashier told me that the meal was actually $7.29 before tax although I explained to her that’s not what was advertised and I had a picture. I can understand if the deal is no longer being offered, but the sign should’ve been removed as well.

Placed order for curbside pickup at 2:25. Arrived, checked in with the link in the email, giving parking spot number. Called store at 3:06 to find out where my order was. Was told it would be right out. At 3:25, drove to the drive-up speaker and asked for my order. Was told they had no order under that name. Left and called the store to have them cancel my order. Was told by a cashier they couldn’t cancel it. The manager couldn’t be bothered to come to the phone. I wan’t my refund! I will NEVER eat at Zaxby’s again!

The wait time was longer than expected because the fried pickles were fresh out the fryer. Then I noticed they gave me a few extra sauces. I guess to compensate for the wait time. Awesome sandwich . Fried pickles were ok. Staff was nice

Service was excellent, servers were friendly and attentive, and restaurant was very, very clean. We go the Three Nibblerz meal, the Fried Pickles and the Kickin’ Chicken Sandwich and they were hot, fresh and very delicious. Thanks for the great service and food!
