I went to the drive-through in Spanish Fort Alabama, I ordered “ The chicken, bacon, ranch, loaded fries” when I receive my order before pulling off, I looked inside the Styrofoam to go plate to make sure my order was correct (per standards of any other Zaxby’s) my order had little to no ranch on it. Which defeat the whole purpose of ordering. “The chicken bacon RANCH loaded fries” so I walked in with no attitude as nice as I could possibly ask because it was an inconvenience to the crew, I kindly ask the counter lady if she could put some ranch on it, she kindly said one second as she was about to hand it to the crew in the back, but she was quickly interrupted by a manager who rudely told her do not hand out to anyone in the back. (Which I totally understand cross-contamination) she was not even going to ask what was the issue? I had to simply ask her if she could look at my order as she did and stated “what is the problem” I said “if it is possible, can I please get more ranch” and return. She looked at me with an attitude and and said you (have) to buy a packet for extra ranch. And then I stated “hey, there is little to no ranch on here and I just want some ranch.” And with a attitude, she said no we cannot do that. (With horrible customer service & body language) then my last attempt I stated. “Whenever I stop through Daphne they always add ranch and this loaded fries have a little to nothing.”Her final smart remark she rolled her eyes, puckered her face and said “Well we are not Daphne.” at this point, I felt highly disrespected and unvalued as a customer so I made one remark, which was “Wow you have such a attitude and work at Zaxby’s.” then, as I was walking out, I told the counter lady “thank you so much again, Have a good day…”
As I am eating it I am highly dissatisfied because it is super dry, and sort of upset that I have to do a review because I typically would never do this or any reviews in general but this must be discussed between her and the franchise owner this review will be posted on Google as well.
I am from Central Alabama, and never once had bad customer service from any Zaxby’s today was the first and it was very unexpected from a high-end city. From Birmingham to Gulf Shores this was very disappointing.

Stopped here for a fast lunch ordered the number one in a three piece big zax and four fing small drink diner in went to get our drinks and sit down in the dining area. When order was ready they did not call us. Just happened to go back and notice food was already sitting on the counter. Poor customer service the chicken fingers were cooked too long dry would not recommend this location.

I placed an order several hours ahead of time, and the food WAS ready on time; however, it has been ready for quite a while unfortunately. There was nothing fresh about it. The one person I saw working in the store acted like she just know what day it was. The experience was not the best.

this location is typically great. fast, fresh food, friendly service, but I have to give it a 1 star due to one too many incidents with 2 female employees I’ve encountered on night shift. they are obviously friends, both blonde, look high school age. very unprofessional. tonight my family and I received what was obviously an old batch of fries, mushy with no seasoning at all. the chicken was fine and sauces were correct, but when i open my box of fried pickles i find half a chicken tender on top? I probably won’t return for a while

I placed a pick up order online and when I got home and gave my kids thier meals , all the chicken and shrimp was burnt! I spent $40 just to eat burnt food because I didn’t have the time to inconveniently go back for it to be fixed!

Ok…. I had a reply from Zaxby’s because I gave them 3 stars….. they wanted to know what they would have to do to get 5…. Well…. Honestly it was my first time trying Zaxby’s and I wasn’t very impressed… The chicken and fries tasted like they were fried in old grease!!! Change your Grease and you might get a five star rating! Am I the only one that noticed?

I spent 41:46 for family dinner they where stingy on sauce on 3 kickn chicken sandwiches they barley put fries in the bacon chicken ranch fries the lady that was checking me out was rude she was on her phone the whole time while I was ordering and I usually order there quite often and usually I have great service but this time was horrible wouldn’t reccomend ordering for dinner
