Make the Asian Zenzation Zalad a permanent fixture of the menu and I will change my review to a full five stars. This is basically the boojie fast food place. Their chicken is always terrific and their Texas toast is mind blowing. Their eggrolls with the Asian zenzation are a cultural reset. You can’t beat it no matter what you do. Their drinks are always so fresh. They give McDonald’s a run for their money with there delicious Coke fountain drinks. I always love when we come just because you can always depend on the quality being top notch no matter where you go and the people working there actually seem like they are happy to help and not just mad at you because they have to work that day. It’s a very stressful job but they handle it effortlessly.

I love what they did with the restaurant when they renovated it. It is super clean and super comfortable to sit and eat lunch in the staff were great. The food even better !!!!! Much improvement over the old restaurant ! Paul was super nice.

I’ve been to this Zaxbys many times in the past and had good experiences but tonight was ridiculous! My SO picked us up dinner and ordered a coke for both of us, watched the lady working fill it with diet coke. She then asks 4 times “this is regular coke correct?” Well guess what it wasn’t. Then get it home to discover no sauce on her nibblers meal and a pitiful excuse of sauce on my kickin chicken. Thumbs down, hire better help, won’t be back.

Every time I visit your restaurant I receive excellent customer service from the young lady that works the drive through window. Today I went inside and the young lady that worked the counter also gave me excellent customer service. Also your dining area was very clean.

I had zaxby’s for lunch yesterday and it wasn’t that good the toast was crispy and dry the chicken tenders were not good or cooked all the way the fries were ok the the rootbeer was the only good thing there I am not going back to zaxby’s anymore because they went down hill from here ew

It would be cool if management could get the lighting issue resolved… Pretty sure it’s been years now that there is no lighting in the evening hours… The Zax street sign from the road is NEVER lit up. There’s no lighting at the order board in the Drive-Thru. Nothing in the parking lot. What’s up with that?!

Dirties chicken place I’ve ever been to. Food was over seasoned. Flies everywhere. I thought I had ordered a chicken sandwich because it was by the “chicken finger plate” on the TV menu so I was surprised when it came out as fingers with no bun.
