I really thought Mobile Ordering helps you and the facility but it don’t. Everytime I go to Zaxby & say I made a mobile order they tell me to pull this the Curbside Pickup & just forget you’re out there waiting. I guess it’s just better to order in the drive thru & forget the app. I’ve always wait 30 minutes on food. Then hundred cars in drive through drive past me.

I’m deathly allergic to tomatoes and a high risk pregnancy of twins. I went through drive through for a house fried salad minus tomatoes and once I got home I realized they not only still gave me tomatoes they actually hid it under the bread so I wouldn’t see it. Consider yourself lucky I didn’t take a bite Zaxbys.

Always an attitude when I go here. Had a large female of color slam the window in my face multiple times, and when I was going to leave had the audacity to say “girl bye”. Extremely unprofessional. Don’t bother asking for any special modification to your meal, whether they charge you for it or not they won’t do it. Chicken tenders are only about 2 inches long on a plate that was $10.

Wow! There are no Zaxby’s up North and this is the first time I’m having it and WOW!!! Crispy chicken with such an explosion of flavors! Crinkle curly fries are dusted with just the right amount of seasoning to make it interesting in itself.

The staff was really nice and everything except the chicken tenders themselves was great! If you don’t hear anything about the chicken smelling/tasting weird from others who ordered around today 12/22/22 then it’s probably just me, but I’ve eaten here for years and it’s never tasted like that. Idk how to describe it, it just smelled like it had gone bad even though it looked normal. That said, if no one else has that experience today, it’s probably just my nose. Thank y’all anyway!

I ordered my basketball team dinner at this location after our game on yesterday . The app said the order would be ready 14 minutes. I didnt think it would be ready that soon but my assistant and I went on anyway. We got there walked in and they were bagging our food The young lady at the front even put the name of the drinks ordered on the cups. Everything was hot ! Everything was right , we didn’t have to ask for ketchup napkins or straws! A1 service!!!
