I ordered my fav, the Zaxby Club Combo at 7:30pm. I was 1 of 3 cars at the drive thru. Maybe 1 or 2 people were dining inside. There were several employees standing near the cashier. I was super excited. I had been waiting on this meal all day. Why was my sandwich thrown together. The unmelted cheese was hanging off the sandwich. The chicken wasn’t even warm. This was the most disappointing meal I have EVER had at a Zaxby’s restaurant. I just don’t understand what the problem was. I hope this is not a trend. The service was actually too fast. It was definitely rushed for no reason.

This is the only Zaxby’s that the food is just poor. I always get the Zalad and it is exactly what I want and nothing special or difficult. Salad with cut up chicken tenders. Here it’s like there is no lettuce in the country and what you get is like old or just the worst quality. I thought the one in Montgomery off Zelda was bad due to their rude staff, but this one just seems to not care what they provide. It’s a basic salad with tenders that is over priced and can’t make that at least enjoyable…can’t imagine the other items on the menu.

Worst Service & Experience Ever! I sat in line for 10 min at the drive thru, that was wrapped all the way around the building, After sitting there 10min, someone walked out to tell me the vehicle in front of me would be the last customer of the night! Not only did this happen 4 HOURS prior to their posted closing time but I drove up at the same time as the vehicle in front of me, so what made the girl choose that car as the last one? If I’m willing to wait a little longer, because you are obviously short handed, & I’m there 4 hours prior to closing……should you not take care of me as your customer? Otherwise, you need to be standing out in the parking lot & letting people know AS SOON as they pull up, not 10 min after they have sat in line! I can promise you this, myself nor ANYONE I KNOW will ever eat at this establishment again. Absolutely horrible!
