I ordered loaded chicken bacon ranch fries from here tonight. I waited in the drive thru line for 30 minutes to get home and see this? There is absolutely NO RANCH, NO BACON, AND NO CHEESE!!!!!!! These managers need to do better and keep a check on the food their employees are sending out. I will never be back at this establishment to waste my hard earned money again.

I ordered two 10 piece wing meals I ordered them online so I still have the receipt but I only received one instead of two I didn’t until I got home I called Zaxby’s immediately and spoke with the manager named Fran if I’m not mistaken.. She was very understanding about it very helpful said she would write my name down and I could come anytime to receive it I came over a week later due to having a busy schedule So I came today she acted totally clueless another worker made a comment about it It seemed like they thought I was lying and I heard laughing happening about what was going on… She said she remember talking to someone but she doesn’t remember the name I don’t understand what was the point of saying you write my name down when you didn’t I don’t want anything you free from this store I want what I was owed I work hard for my money and I would not let you guys keep what I purchased… I finally received my order service was slow as it was the day that I placed my original order… Let’s just say I received horrible service

I couldn’t give a lower review for this establishment. July 16th, my family & I ate here. After spending $60 on food & waiting at the pull up spot past the drive through for 15 minutes- I received RE-HEATED unseasoned fries. I made a U-turn to go back, as I just spent over 20 minutes in line, 15 minutes in the pickup area & $60 on food. I return & let them know that my fries are reheated & unseasoned. My chicken was fine & please just give my son & I new fries so we can go about our way. Unfortunately, the manager argued with me till she was blue in the face about the fries not being reheated… As a former employee of this exact establishment (I was 16 when I worked here, I’m 31 now) I knew the manager was lying. I know what reheated fries from Zaxbys looks like. You cook a lot of batches of fries at once , then just redrop them when they’re ordered to heat. I’ve watched it be done at the exact location. I told the manager, I’d either like a refund and to return their cold reheated unseasoned fries or a new batch for my son & I. She finally said she’d get me a new order and walked away… we waited an additional 10-15 minutes for the new fries. The manager was pissed she had to make it right & didn’t hide the fact she was upset. She even let me know again that those were not reheated fries, it’s the “new” fries they’ve been getting from shipment… if that were true- my new fries would’ve looked the same way. My family chose to eat here yesterday. We had another case of BAD unseasoned fries & for some reason they decided to combine both kids meals into one bag without goldfish cookies. We didn’t know about the fries until we got home – this time. My kids and I frequent Zaxbys often, we prefer any other location than this one – now. We know how the kids meals come out. So we were shocked to see the meals we paid for, were not completed. When we asked an employee, she got mad and said that there is 2 kids meals in there & they’re just in the same bag. I asked about the goldfish crackers (again, my kids frequent here & know what comes in the meal) she then tossed everything in separate bags with goldfish crackers and gave them to us. We had to ask for our receipt back; as she was annoyed to deal with us. Matt Greer can’t possibly be running the show anymore, as he always kept his employees in line and held them to respectable standard. Very disappointed. As I fear of backlash towards my family & I- for speaking up , we won’t be returning to this location.

Lobby was closed at eight hours online says they close at nine drive-through cashier was probably the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. They forgot my son’s kids finger meal. I had to go back and knock on the door. The young lady that was mopping was disgusted that She had to go back and get the kids finger meal. She came back out told me that they put it in the bag that I need to doublecheck and I told her it wasn’t in there so she finally gave it to me. I said thanks and she shut the door in my face. The service at the Millbrook location is awful..

Ally chadwick was very nice. And does her job at the register very well. She definitely deserves a raise. And the food she recommended was amazing. Who knew lemon pepper sauce on wings could be so good.

Filthy bathrooms, terrible food, and poor service. We ended up throwing out most of the food as it was oversalted and overcooked. We are pretty easy to please and I can’t even remember the last time food was so bad that we threw it away! And we love Zaxby’s! Even the toast and the milkshake tasted so off that we threw them away.

Someone seasoned the chicken batter with too much cornstarch. The batter had a bitterness, and it seemed like someone stored the chicken fingers with the onion rings. My food was off the mark today. My food was beneath what I expected from Zaxby’s. I didn’t even attempt to eat anything else on my platter. I threw my meal in the trash.

Stopped by to grab lunch on the go on our way back home. My daughter placed a mobile order for our meals then decided to make another one for fried pickles and fries. Going through the drive thur I let them know we had two orders. Get to the window they hand us the meal order and pull us for the pickle and fries order. Which is fine. Handing out the food one of the meals sides are wrong and 2 drinks are wrong. I go inside to have it corrected they do. I ask while at the counter about the other order. Staff just keep telling me that this isn’t it as they are working. I return to our car by this time we are now here for about 25 mins. After 30 mins my daughter goes in to ask about the other order. She finds it just sitting on the ledge. Food was good but cold after waiting so long. Very disappointing.
