It’s a hit or miss here. Even when the manager is on duty. Spent 40 dollars and the food was definitely not worth it. I asked for heavy sauce and this is not it. The wings were dry and old. And the fries weren’t fresh either. When you ask for no season salt they just put them back in the fryer. One day they’ll do that to someone who has an allergy.

I ordered food for a family of 5. All the food was correct and hot. The spicy chicken sandwich was good and surprised its not mentioned along with the other competition. I didn’t notice they had a peach sweet tea until after my order was placed and fulfilled and the cashier had no problem substituting a drink out for it. I will say this..the peach tea may be the best beverage I’ve had in my life. I’m glad there’s no Zaxbys in my area because I’ll be hooked on it. That’s all I wanted to drink after visiting.

Tried the new LEMON PEPPER wings (was excited that Zaxby’s finally had that flavor). Cashier was unfamiliar with what I ordered and had to turn placard around to show her. Wings were small, dry and inedible. My son’s order of tenders was dry as well, but his was edible. So disappointed. Fries were good.

I tried their new chicken tacos. Great flavor but disappointed that the chicken was about the size of my thumb. It was only $3+, but I’d rather pay more for a chicken strip that was, at the least, the length of the flour tortilla. Or give me an option to upsize
