White cheddar cheese bites are awesome and the grilled chicken sandwich is as well. This location is a hit or miss when it comes to drive thru wait times. Some are longer than others but I always think if it’s packed, that means it’s good lol

I’ve eat at a bunch of Zaxby’s, but this one in Boaz is exceptional. We visit Sunday around 12. Parking lot was packed. Almost decided to not go, but definitely glad we stayed. Service was absolutely the best and fast. Food was fresh and hot. My wife got the new lemon pepper boneless wings. Says it wasn’t just some imitation flavor, says it was actually really lemon. Our meals to go were exceptional. Nothing needed. Had napkins sauces forks. Everything the way it should be. This one is run like they want us back. And back we will be. Highly recommend this location.

Be careful Zaxby’s may be addicted. It started off. With just a chicken finger here and there. Now it is gotten real serious must go at least two or three times a week. Great food really really really love the chicken

Made a mobile order, it said it would be ready in 11 minutes. I showed up a few minutes early to pick it up in the drive-thru. My warm food was cold and my cold food was slightly warm, as it was all in the same bag.
Since it was a small order my assumption is they made it prior to when it said it was going to be ready, and they let it sit there until I came through.
Would not recommend doing a mobile order unless you’re going to sit inside immediately after doing it to wait on it. Unless you prefer cold food and warm coleslaw.

This happened the third time we eat here. My whole family eat their chicken and fries and it made all of us have stomach issues for two days afterwards. I know it had to be from here because it started right after we eat here. I don’t think they changed their grease when they should have because the fries tasted like they had been cooked in old grease. I think we’ll pass on eating here for awhile.

The food was good. But the cashier definitely didn’t want to be there, nor did she want us there. She was not friendly or helpful. She seemed extremely annoyed that my 8 year old granddaughter couldn’t make up her mind on what to eat, even though there was no one else in line behind us.
It was so cold in the restaurant! Yes, I appreciate it not being hot in the restaurant, but everyone in the place was shivering! I have managed restaurants and this is not a good customer experience.
