My mobile order said that it would be ready by 1:13. I got there at 1:14 and look at the pickup station and see no bags. I ask the cashier about my mobile order and says that there is a wait due to fresh fries cooking. After this I see an employee give out three mobile orders who were outside in the parking lot. I didn’t get my food until almost 1:30. This is the second time I had an issue with long wait times even though I put my order through the mobile app to avoid this issue. They still forgot my drink with the meal I ordered and had to ask for it. I love Zaxbys but the service here makes it difficult for me to want to come back.

Dined in with my family the other day and most and everything was delightful.
The service was quick, and there was hardly a wait to get our food. The chicken was juicy, and the fries were well-seasoned. All the food was hot and had obviously been fresh out the fryer!
I really enjoyed the dining experience, from the warm lighting to the wood panelled interior, and more than anything the lack of music. Though there would be a small mess at the booths here and there, it was nothing overwhelming.
Overall, it was impeccable, especially for the price. We spent $37 to feed four people, and we had leftovers. Great food, great place!

Placed an order through the online app for drive through. When I arrived at the drive through I was told my order wasn’t ready and was asked to park in curbside parking. Several minutes after my order pickup time I walked inside to inquire about the order and the employee pointed to my order sitting on the pickup table inside the restaurant. They never brought the food out to us. Now we have cold food.

Went through the drive thru and requested no butter be put on my toast because I’m a breastfeeding mother who’s infant has a dairy allergy which means I can not have dairy. Over the intercom I hear several employees laughing and making fun of my request. One saying “that’s not toast that just a piece of bread”. It was so rude and disrespectful and I was so shocked that I didn’t even finish placing the rest of my order. I did speak to the manager and he said there’s nothing he can do besides speak to them, and I get that. But if you have that many disrespectful and immature employees then there’s something wrong. When I go to any restaurant I expect to be met with good customer service and treated kindly. I won’t be back to this location for fear that I will be judged and made fun of for my special requests due to allergies.

Have not been to Zaxby ‘s in awhile. Now I remember your food is not made to order cause my traditional wings were cold but I ate them anyway. Mine are better at home. And when you say something bad about there restaurant they just ignore you they don’t address situation with there employees.

I’m sad they got rid of the homemade tater chips because they were my favorite!

Went to Zaxbys to get a 4pc plate when I got home and opened it. It looked like a went off in it. If I missed handling it, I wouldn’t have bothered writing this review.
The place wasn’t busy at the time, and we were the only ones in the drive-thru.I guess I’ll have to start checking my order before leaving the drive-thru from now on.
