Veryyyyy distasteful customer service. Customer satisfaction does not exist here. You gave away an order to someone and didn’t confirm the customer first. Gave away my food to someone and never received my order. 3 hours later still no food thanks. We pay for convenience through the app for a reason. Fast food industry is horrible!

I eat at zaxbys regularly but since the one on skyland/69s has been closed for remodeling I’ve came to the one in northport twice now and both times parking has been extremely difficult and the drive thru is even more difficult! It’s so tiny for a normal sized truck. Also, I know exactly what a meal should look like with double fries and instead of giving me a double fry in place of slaw I only got the amount of one small fry but it’s definitely not a double fry. The first time I came to this location a couple of weeks ago they did do the double fry so not sure what’s happening today with it. The problem I had with my first visit was the length of time waiting on my order. For a small order for 2 people I waited over 20 minutes for my order. Both times in the past two weeks I’ve had a less than ideal visit however the food was still hot and good it’s just a few things that could easily be improved so the parking and other things that cannot easily be improved wouldn’t matter so much if the other things was okay.

10/11/2025- This was the second location that I came to today. The first location in Northport closer to Big lots was six or seven cars deep in the drive-thru with no movement. So I decided to go to this location that is across from Aldi’s and behind a gas station. I continue to have decent service here. Appreciate it.

I stopped at Zaxby’s for a salad at 10:15. They opened at 10 and there were no customers inside. I ordered two salads. The house salad and the Zaxby’s Zensation salad. I also ordered the giant chicken fajita quesadilla. They also have a chicken bacon ranch quesadilla. My friend liked the quesadilla. My house salad wasn’t as good as it was during the afternoon when I last had one. It wasn’t as fresh, and the Texas toast was cold. I couldn’t say how the Zensation salad was because my other friend hasn’t eaten it yet.

Got a sauce box from here and it came with 5 cheese curds and 10 fries. Told the cashier about it, he went to ask the kitchen and the woman said to get over it and started cussing under her breath.

Went through the drive thru and ordered the fried white cheddar bites. The girl who took my order and handed me my food was super rude. I get home and only have 5 cheddar bites in the box. Freaking ridiculous!!! I tried to call and tell someone about the situation, but no one answered the phone. As someone who works in the food industry, this is absolutely pathetic.

Food was as expected for a fast food place not bad, and the guy at the window was nice enough but it took 35 min to go threw the drive threw with 4 people in front of me. Absolutely ridiculous for a “fast food” restaurant that appears to be fully staffed.
