I had such a great experience at this Zaxby’s! From the moment I walked in, everyone was kind, warm, and genuinely accommodating. The customer service stood out immediately. My food was fresh, hot, and made perfectly, which made the visit even better. Honestly, this was one of the most pleasant fast-casual dining experiences I’ve had in a while. This zaxbys has a portion problem and saucing problem. I’ve ordered from here for the last year and it’s been hit or miss. More misses than hits honestly. Wings are always dry, chicken fingers either really hard or barely sauced. Large fry? Forget about it. It’s one size no matter what you order or the price… oh and if you want extra sauce? Forget about it. I’m at the point where I never want to eat zaxbys again. The alabaster and calera locations are phenomenal.. but Hoover? Don’t recommend eating there unless it’s the last place open.. I’ve spent so much time having them correct orders than actually ordering and enjoying my food. This is my last time at this location. Proper training and management is definitely needed at this location. Paying $17-$21 for a meal McDonald’s can’t even mess up.

Food was cold, tenders dry, fries soggy and there was hardly any lemon pepper on our tenders. I’ve filed a complaint and tried reaching out to the location, by calling multiple times with no answer or response to my complaint.
