Service was great, but the difference in a Zensation salad last year, and what I just got is just sad. 6 little bites of chicken(that’s counting 2 that were barely cut in half), maybe a tablespoon of slaw, if that. It was barely one fork full. Sure didn’t resemble what they advertised.

Awesome and fast service! As a first time door dasher, my child ordered. The professionalism and how nice the deliverer was… amazing! We will be doing this service more and continuing to enjoy the great service inside the restaurant and drive through.

Very Sorry service. Lady order taking and in drive thru was rude. Food was cold. I work in the restaurant industry and how the employees acted today should never happen. Seems like they need to be trained more before being left alone as the order taker couldn’t find anything to ring up.

I have never seen such shoddy service…ever! Where to start…at 11 o clock I ordered a Wings n Things Traditional and they messed up the ENTIRE order. Cold fries, wrong sauce, wrong type wings, served with no utensils, went back to store to get my bone in wings they were served cold and undercooked which means they were from yesterday, the relacement wings were served in a box that looked as if it had been dunked in sauce along with the wings AND GET THIS they still put the wrong sauce on them, ole stale Texas Toast only lightly toasted on one side, soda was basically a tonic water and dirty as hell for a Sprite it looked like old sink water. I sought lunch elsewhere…i wouldnt even feel comfortable serving this to a stray dog as it might possibly kill it. I don’t see myself returning and if I could give zero stars I would…

Sorry service on a Friday night everytime. Always have to pull forward no matter how many people are in the line. And then wait 20+ minutes to get my food. With only a 30 minute lunch break it’s just not worth the time anymore.

Poor service, went inside to place take out order. The guy at register didn’t have a clue what he was doing. When the guy gave me my order it was one meal short. He didn’t know what dressing go with the meals. I asked him when I was gonna get my other order, he shrugged his shoulders. I don’t like being rude but I had to yell at the people in the kitchen when I was gonna get my missed meal. They said they were working on it. I had to ask for the drink cup and when I used the drink machine was empty of all main drinks and when I asked him he said he didn’t know and didn’t bother to ask any other employees. It took them 35 minutes to get me my order. There was a bunch of other dissatisfied customers. Love Zaxby’s but not this one.

I did an online order for the very 1st time. I was going to go to the Pell City location, but they did not have the new Asian salad, so we decided to go to Dega! I had the Cobb Zalad & let me tell you, it was more than enough. It was probably one of the best zalads I’ve had in a while now. It had a lot of meat, eggs, cheese and so on. I do not like Tom or cucumbers & I was able to remove those without issues. Thank you, Talladega Zaxby’s, for great service & being so great from the time I walked into when I walked out. The young girl working the front was truly polite & and sweet, which anyone can appreciate these days!!
