Went there yesterday about 3 , husband wanted some wings , he said they were tasted like they had been cooked a few days before and warmed up . He wouldn’t even bring left overs home . My 3 chicken fingers were very greasy and fries were just warm .

This was the second time through the drive through and ordered the quesadillas meal and did not get fries that we asked for on both occasions. They repeated order and still didn’t put ii on the ticket. Poor service

Food order wasn’t right and cold. The three women workers was on the outside of the counter talking to 3 other males that wasn’t customers. Extremely loud talking and laughing. Very unprofessional behavior. Wrong orders and cold chicken isn’t worth the price at all. Do not plan to return to Zaxby’s in Sylcauga, Alabama. Also drink machine wasn’t working.

We went through the drive thru ,my son Cameron chicken fingers and fries and I had kids chicken fingers and fries I had to pull up and wait for our food and Cameron’s fries were hot but mine was not and my chicken was to hard on the ends and it was dry ,,not my best experience from there …

They left the chicken out of my chicken bacon ranch fries. They salted my no salt kids fry. I asked for a large fry and they gave me a medium. The food was kind of cold for me to have waited as long as I did. The sweet tea in the lobby is literally always sour when I go in there. This was the only thing I had to eat all day and it was my birthday, so I’m just all around disappointed. The girl who checked me out seemed nice but she had a backhanded kinda attitude at the same time. They really weren’t even that busy, other than maybe 5-7 people in the lobby, and a lot of them already had their food.

I normally don’t post reviews unless they’re good. But I have to on this place. Probably the worst place to eat in Sylacauga. My husband and I went yesterday to eat, the lady at the register was rude when we asked if it was our food they called because we had no receipt to know what number we were. No carbonation in any of the sodas at the drink machine – literally none. We tried several different drinks and all of them had 0 carbonation. Last but certainly not least, we sat down, tried eating our (burnt) chicken, and we look over and a brown full grown cockroach was crawling up the wall at our table. We left our stuff there we were so disgusted. I get it, food places are gonna have them, but at our booth while we’re eating… that’s a no for me. Sorry for the review but it’s the complete and honest truth. Super disappointing- I’ve always been a fan of Zaxby’s!

The food was great, I ordered a extra shrimp bc it was on the app but they told me they no longer sell it was disappointed. They did offer extra grilled chicken but grilled chicken wasn’t what I wanted.
