We went through drive thru and got home and opened our food. My wings didnt have any sauce on them which i specifically asked for. The chicken fingers were super small and skinny and They were honestly just pathetic look at. And they got our drinks wrong ♀️ do better

Ah yes, the perfect alternative to Chick-Fil-A, but don’t get your hopes up, it won’t replace it for me but I used to doubt Zaxby’s before but it’s now pretty good!!
Food: Alright, I’m gonna get straightforward into it, boneless wings, chicken fingers, crinkle fries with seasoning and alfunnel cake (best item on the menu) with caramel sauce, ranch and Zax’s sauce. Fabulous ✨ The Zax sauce is similar but not identical to Raising Canes and Guthrie’s, not taste wise but look wise yes. Seasoning on fries is top notch. Two types of chicken, what more can you ask for?
Atmosphere: About as much as I expected from a chicken place, it has that southern vibe to it, all the decorations and lighting make it so alive. The seats have their own light to them so that’s something for guests to enjoy.
Service: While not much, the staff were reasonable enough to understand my order and give it to me in person, asking for my name so they can find the right person to give the order too and asking if it is to-go or if it’s eating in the restaurant.

Meatless chicken fingers burnt to a crisp! Soggy fries! A drive thru line wrapped around the building that never moves at any hour of the day! What more could anyone ask for? Ordered online? The person in front of you didn’t and their order is going to take A LONG TIME. Curbside? Press that button until you’re blue in the face that food isn’t coming out to you. I’m pretty sure I read about this place in a book by some guy named Dante.

Ordered 2 sandwiches, cheddar bites, wings, and ranch fries. Got 20 wings, two orders of fries, and some chicken fingers. Staffing must be turned over every other week for it to be as bad as it is – almost never an order completely right, and if it is you’ll wait 15+ minutes for it or be forgotten after being told to “pull forward.” An absolute schitt show every time and nothing to look forward to.

Got Wings and Things. Everything was good expect the traditional wings. Small over cooked and dried out. Hardly any sauce on the wings. Happened last time at this Zaxbys, thought I would give it another try. Big mistake if you wanted bone in wings.

Terrible… 2 salads, 2 combos. Given NO FORKS, SAUCE or NAPKINS. Must be owned and worked by all teenagers. Had to stop and buy forks just to eat as we kept driving. This is the case and reason why corporate get contacted about poor franchise owners & locations

Waited in drive thru a good 20 minutes for food. Moved up to get out of the way. Checked my order, wasn’t right. The drive thru was backed up. Had to park, go inside, get in line. I had to wait again before I could let them know my order was wrong. Then I had to wait on them to grill another piece of chicken. The ac wasn’t working inside.
Never got a sorry, or anything for the inconvenience.
This is not the first time this has happened either. Smh
