Are you joking?!? This is one of the WORST fast food restaurants I’ve ever seen. DO NOT come here if you’re trying to pickup something for friends or your family, like I was doing. The service is pitiful and the food is tiny and NOT what you pay for. Save your money! Milo’s is 0.5 miles away! Go to Milo’s! I spent “EXTRA” for Large Fries and Large Drink. This is what it looked like….. Highway Robbery…DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!

This was a terrible experience. I got the signature sandwich on toast with the spicy sauce on the side. The bread was cold and hard. The chicken was overcooked and hard to bite. The spicy sauce was package well and the french fries was a small portion and extremely salty.I feel like the order was rushed but u had four cars ahead of me when I arrived. My sweet tea tasted watery. I was totally not satisfied!

I didn’t realize I goofed on a mobile order and scheduled it to be picked up @ 5:00pm instead of 12:00pm. They politely notified me of the pickup time when I arrived but offered to start it immediately. They had my order ready in no time and it did not appear to slow them down at all! Most important they were so kind and professional.

I came to this location and was very disappointed. I ordered 2 Cobb salads and they left bacon off my chicken was cold and also the chicken was half cut up and half together. Clearly this location has poor management considering the mange named Christopher was rude and handled the situation poorly. Why do you have a attitude when I’m the one is being inconvenience by the situation you want me to get back in my car and drive miles back because the person in your kitchen clearly doesn’t care about the quality of my food. I use love the location but now not so much. The guy also in the register gave me back to much money also.

Terrible experience. This location has really went downhill. Soggy bread, soggy fries, cold chicken with weird after-taste, chicken sandwich had salad bits on it rather than lettuce/tomato. Slow drive-thru, dirty facility, trash cans overflowing. Will not be returning

Went through the drive through and was told that the cheddar bites would take 5 minutes to cook. I declined the cheddar bites because I was running short on time. Then once I got to the window I was told that my CHICKEN SANDWICH would take 5 minutes to cook. Not a huge deal… HOWEVER when I had to turn around my truck to go back for a fork it made it extremely annoying that I could have had my preferred meal twice over in the time it took me to get the meal I didn’t even want when I got there. Employees have a bad attitude at the drive thru window and seem lazy. Won’t be back for a while.

Great food at a decent price. They have a wide selection of chicken combos, and a great variaty of beverages. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the great atmosphere and decorations. One bummer is that the men’s room didn’t have a soap dispenser. I hope the kitchen has their own soap and sink. If not for the soap situation, I would have given 5 stars.

I mean I’m sure that atmosphere inside was good, I did go through the drive thru so to give an honest review I need to clarify that. This zaxbys is about as fast as you can get for a chicken place. And the service is great, polite and definitely top tier.
