Zaxbys grilled cheese is my go to and the 157 location has mastered the art. I will go out of my way to visit this location versus others just so I get the garlic goodness perfection. Don’t get me wrong the others will have them but nothing compared to this location.

Accidentally came a little close to closing time for my personal preference, but Rowyn was very sweet and polite! She got our food very quickly and warned us about the fried pickles being very hot.

We want to sincerely thank LeAnn and her crew on two separate occasions for simply being amazing on their customer service. We had no idea what to get for dinner after picking up our Golden from her vet stay.
We admit that we have not been to Zaxby’s in ages, but that all changed for the simple things LeAnn and her crew did to brighten our days and fill our bellies with deliciousness.
While we were picking up our order through their drive-thru, they showered our Golden with hello’s and loving compliments. The staff gave us our meals and a surprise of delight in chopped grilled chicken for our pup which she heartily ate.
Thank you for brightening our evening from being away from our girl, it truly made us fans for life through your kindness and service. That simple gesture made the difference.

note to manager… Just had possibly the worst experience I’ve had in recent memory. Dealt with a gentleman named Roman I believe he said his name was. There was no name tag. I came to pick up a doordash order. The doordash order was not on the shelf where completed orders are put ready for pickup. it was bagged and ready to go the whole time I was there. While I was there several people including Roman we’re standing with nothing to do. I tried getting their attention eventually I was able to get Romans attention. To my surprise he was not only unprofessional downright rude. I wish I had time to give the full story. But I think you get the picture.

Just went there at 9:30pm July 5th! The guy taking our order messed it up and charged me for 10 fingers instead of a kids finger. Which understandably you know he miss heard us. When we got to the window he didn’t confirm our order and we told him after he already charged us for our food he took the card back without even asking us and charged us again for the kids meal said we would get a refund for the other meal we were charged for in 2-3 business days which was 12$ okay I get it 12$ not a lot but I didn’t expect to pay for a meal I didn’t even get and then charged for another. He was rushing and confusing us. Just some constructive criticism slow down… I know you have a drive time I have worked in the food industry, but it doesn’t hurt to slow down and listen to the customer.. not very happy and this was the manager. Also I want to mention the chicken was old and hard… on the plus side the fries were fresh!

Love the food here. I’m so happy that the Zenzation salad is now permanently on the menu! Love that I can customize my meal, change sauces, ask for grilled instead of fried, buffalo on anything even the salads, add or remove toppings to salads and sandwiches.

theres is one worker who will sit out there and blast his ridiculous system, its overly loud, and it doesn’t sound good. i can never hear anything and i can only imagine how the workers feel trying to take an order. i will not go to this one just because of this worker. its absolutely insane!
