Worst Zaxby’s I’ve been to. Got a kids meal and the box wasn’t full. Then the guy inside stated the box is weighed and that’s how many fries I was supposed to get (12). Then the so called store manager stated the same thing and I’m sure you weren’t supposed to weigh the box. It’s probably 3 ounces with the box. Choose better management and employees, how would you feel if it was you?

I haven’t gone to Zaxby’s in Moody in over 2 years because of poor service and food quality. I decided to try them again and get two 6 piece orders of chicken fingers. There was so much wrong with my order it was ridiculous. I guess I’ll have to wait another couple of years, or never, to go back again.

Horrible food quality! Received my DoorDash order with 2 house salads and the lettuce was old and slimy! This level of quality is u acceptable and the salads were inedible! Stay clear of the salads! The food quality has gone way down at this location!
