I had tried Zaxbys several yrs ago and have to admit, I was so un-impressed I never went back. So here we are in Moody, Ala and decided to give them a second chance since my wife is a fan of them. We both ordered the Zax Pack. Mine was tossed in the Torched Toungue sauce and I had a some addition Ranch (for the fries) and a spicy Zac sauce. I will start with the young man taking our order. Very friendly and professional and did a great job recommending sauces for myself. Can’t say enough good things about the service he provided. Within a very few mins, he was calling me to pick up our order.
Food was served hot and fresh and was actually very delicious.
I was pleasantly surprised with everything there and will definitely be returning soon. Thanks to all the employees at the Moody Zaxbys for a great experience!

Like another reviewer in the comments, I deleted my 1 star review from Apri of this year, to leave another 1 star review!!
This location is normally, fast, efficient, and decent.
Today, sadly was the opposite.
Our $70 order was thrown together in the bags.
The sauces from one of the plates leaked all over the others. The bottom of the bag was covered.
I had to wipe all the plates off with wipes, before giving them to my family.
My blue salad, requested NO blue cheese, extra chicken, and extra fried onions.
Instead, I got a regular amount of chicken WITH blue cheese!!
I tried to resolve this issue by calling the store, but Kent(he was hard to understand), claiming to be the manager, put me on hold, when I told him my issue, like he was going to ask someone else what to do.
He then told me just to come in for a refund, rather than simply crediting my card or account.
This place is going downhill quickly.
It used to be a family favorite.
Please consider finding more mature workers who pay attention to the accuracy and neatness of orders.

My wife went and got 2 zaxby chicken snacks and the fries were almost raw. When called to talk to the manager it was no help. Hire professionals.

I deleted my 1 star review from 2 years ago to leave another 1 star review. I tried eating here after not going for 2 years bc of horrible service and food. I was quickly reminded why I stopped. The food somehow got worse. Terrible and I would give 0 stars if possible. Also lots of food was left out too.

I order Zaxby’s quite often. I get a few 1000 pts every other month. The last 3 out of 5 times I’ve went to this location, they’ve always got my mobile order wrong. They always give me boneless when I ask for traditional or the incorrect sauce on my wings. It seems like it’s mostly teenagers working, which isn’t a problem. Nevertheless, the lack of attention is. One time my order was wrong, they took the plate back and put wings in the box with sauce on top. I probably will not go back to this location unfortunately.

Fast service, clean store and food is consistently good. They don’t seem to get the fries as crispy as other locations, so I have to ask for extra crispy. Also, about 1/3 of the time I pay for extra sauce, it’s left out. I’m not sure why that is so difficult.

I usually don’t leave reviews because I don’t want to bring bad press to a company, when it’s not the owners but the people who work for them. So tonight I ordered som buffalo shrimp and when they got to me they were cold and saggy! I was on a call so I didn’t call when I bit into one so soon as I got off the phone I called. Asked for the manager who was KEN told him the problem and he stated so it’s been 40 minutes I can’t do anything about that. So I asked to speak with the GM and he tells me that he can’t give out that private information. Huh? This a business sir!! The customer isn’t satisfied. All I can say order at your own risk at the Zaxby in Moody. There’s too many kids in the afternoon and they don’t take anything seriously. There should be an adult there to supervise cause honestly they running the establishment into the ground. I want ever go through the drive thru again!
