I have visited this place since it opened. Today is the 1st time that I decided to do a review because of the amazing service and food experience.
The food was delicious. The seasoning of the chicken was amazing and on point. Presentation wise it was excellent! Everything was freshly made. I loved it! Kudos to Emily G. for providing exceptional customer service and whoever prepared my food; thank you so much! I actually let him know that I loved it and would do a review but didn’t catch his name! The restaurant was clean and orderly! Loved the whole experience! Thanks! ♥️

Your employees are very kind and helpful. Alexandrea went the extra mile in assisting me. I am disabled and was not feeling well and she noticed it. I spoke with the manager and told her that I was very pleased and satisfied with the way I was treated and served. I recommend and respect your Manager for the way her team really represents your restaurant and also Alexandrea for her kind heart and service provided. 5 star.

What’s the point of asking if it’s “dine in” or “to go” when you want ti service it like a dog food in plastic bag for my “dine in” answer?!
The place is warm. Ac not working. Chicken was dried. Been sitting under warmer for long time. Fries are soft.
All they did was focusing on interior design. The food quality, and service you get has nothing to compare to design.
It’s sad to see how someone has tried to make a cozy place however someone like me would never want to step back in it.

Tonight’s experience at Zaxby’s was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the staff was rude and inattentive, as if WE were bothering them by being there. One employee even hit the screen during our order because I asked to add fries and sauce. Completely uncalled for and unprofessional.
I ordered in store because every single time I’ve tried the app, website, or drive-thru, something has been wrong. Yet again, I asked for four 6-finger plates, and the order was entered as only four fingers total. I asked for a side of fries and instead received no coleslaw, just cold fries, and missing toast. On top of that, I had to plead just to get the correct amount of sauce that should already come with the meals. They questioned how many dinners I had and made me prove it, like I was trying to scam them over sauce. Ridiculous.
To top it all off, when I asked for a drink carrier for six drinks, the employee named Jan rolled her eyes and walked away, leaving another staff member to step in. I came in just trying to pick up food for my family, and somehow that turned into a miserable experience. If basic courtesy and fulfilling an order is too much to ask, maybe Jan shouldn’t be working there.
In the end, I spent $65.99 for cold, incomplete food and rude service. I feel completely ripped off. This location clearly has no regard for customer service or food quality. Absolutely disgusted.

Okay so honestly I would not recommend going if you’re trying to get something for lunch or you have a time limit to be somewhere else. We waited around 45 minutes for our order to be taken. Our order was taken and my partner and I decided to get the new Mr. Beast box. The cheese curds were cold and bland and the fries are bland.
The last pic is of me only eating the chicken, both boxes all together cost 30 dollars. If you go here stick to the usual menu.

I found myself forced to write this review because of the continous errors on my orders. Having to inspect my orders every time. Finger plates I order are always missing the Coleslaw. Incompetent employees that usually spend their time on the phone by the wash sink wall close to drink machine. Large fries doesn’t mean I don’t want my coleslaw. I go to this Zaxbys location because I have no other choice. Unpleasant experience as 99 percent of the time the coleslaw is missing. Extremely frustrating on such a simple detail.

Worst experience ever…. Was working Uber Eats decided to grab some strawberry cheesecake bits. Didn’t realize it but they didn’t give me the strawberry syrup that went with it… so I kept the cheese bites to get fresh ones to enjoy with my strawberry syrup… got in my car drove back to be told they can’t give me fresh cheesecake bits…. Manager was rude and unhelpful will be calling the GM tomorrow morning

The Davenport location is much better. Their food tastes more fresh. Their chicken sandwiches are big and juicy. When you ask for extra seasoning on the fries they hook it up. The chicken sandwiches here are good but definitely are not the same quality. Ask for extra seasoning on the fries and get no seasoning on the fries. Ask for light ice and open the lid to your cup to see ice filled to the very top so three sips in and your drink is halfway gone.

What a nice pleasant lunch stop. Good food, fast service, and fair pricing. The interior is nicely decorated with plenty of seating and room. And they passed an inspection by Osceola County Fire Department while we there.
