My son and I love Zaxby’s. I tried the Asian salad for the first time and it was delicious! My son loves the chicken bacon ranch limited time quesadilla that is huge and amazing as well. I’m a kitchen manager at a chain restaurant in Orlando and my wife and I went out to Zaxby’s to get a quick bite before heading home and after a long day at work. When we came in, it wasn’t that busy but we were greeted right away. They let us look over the menu for no more than 2 minutes and then ask us if we had any questions. We ordered and paid, they handed us our cups and before I could get the drinks filled the order was ready. They thanked me and handed me some extra ketchup and my wife and I went to the table to eat. Another table was already in the dining room eating. I noticed the employee go to that table and ask him if everything was okay. Took the tray and continued to wipe down tables and sweep the floors. That employee came over towards us and asked us if everything was great, and I said yes. We thoroughly enjoyed the food. The chicken was hot and not chewy. The fries were hot and seasoned well. As we were getting ready to leave, we noticed a bus pull in. The bus was filled with teenage girls and as we were getting ready to leave I heard in the kitchen. Let’s get some chicken dropped and get ready for our little push! As a kitchen manager, I love to hear communication from the kitchen. The lady that cashed us out in the dining room was very polite. This is why I gave it five stars. We will return

Camille was super friendly and made sure my order was correct and fresh. When sitting at the table waiting for the food Mika came to the table to check in on us and recommend a sauce (Hot Honey Mustard) that I never tried and loved. Thank you ladies for your amazing customer service.

I specifically asked for extra seasoning on my loaded fries and got NONE I’ve worked at Zackbys in the past and this worst loaded fry I’ve ever seen no seasoning on the fries whole chunks of bacon not bits and the chicken wasn’t even cut all the way through. Again worst experience. They should really be checking the food b4 they send it out. If I remember correctly this is literally protocol.

I had a great experience at Zaxby’s thanks to Mika! From the moment I walked in, Mika was super friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond with their customer service—very patient, polite, and genuinely helpful. I wasn’t sure what to order, and Mika gave some great recommendations that did not disappoint. The food was delicious, and their suggestions hit the spot. Definitely appreciate the positive attitude and knowledgeable help. Mika really made the visit enjoyable!
