Overall what you would expect from his Zaxby’s. However a few weeks ago I tried their lemon pepper chicken and let me tell you somebody or something was extremely heavy-handed with a seasoning couldn’t eat it but was already home and had to throw it away.

Went here with a group. I find Zaxby to be a bit pricey for what they offer. Very friendly & helpful staff. No hot coffee too!

Came through the drive-through tonight got a Zax salad and a quesadilla meal. They made me pay an extra $.25 for Zax sauce for my fries, but never received the fries. The quesadillas was the wrong one. Highly disappointing

Edited to say ; Someone reached out via email and fixed the issue , very satisfied. Only wish manager on duty would have allowed me to come to the store that night to fix. But either way I got salad fixed and that’s all I wanted.
Absolutely annoyed with this place. Ordered DoorDash tonight. Turned a 14$ salad into a 20$ salad. Added extra bacon, eggs, cheese, tomatoes and dressing. Received Nothing extra ! Including only one blue cheese when supposed to get 3! And My coke had NO ICE ! And because I ordered through DoorDash , the manager tonight said he would not do anything for me. I told the man I lived across the street and still wouldn’t offer for me to come get my food the right way !!!! Also, DoorDash will not replace drink for no ice and wouldn’t refund the extra toppings. Very much disappointed in the service.

First and foremost I want to thank the drive through worker (a sweet girl) for her generosity. Yesterday afternoon, my card wasn’t working (fraud issues that are now resolved)… But I was so incredibly embarrassed. The girl who is working was incredibly kind-hearted about it and went the extra mile. It’s so hard to find people like that these days, and I hope that you continue to share that generosity and kindness every single day, Because you don’t know whose lives it helps to see that people like you still exist.
I am going to pay it forward because you have inspired me to do so.
