Lot’s of staff, manager was on it. Food was very good and the prices are reasonable. My kids were so excited to see Mr. Beast as a sponsor or partner of Zaxby’s. Place was clean and staff cleaned tables as soon as people left. Lot’s of seating and parking. They recently opened this restaurant, and are off on to a good start.

The service has been great and respectful and the only thing that management should look into is hiring more people to handout food faster and not having to go park waiting for your food so often. At dinner time people need to get home early to eat and rest the rest of the night. Thanks for the good service tho.

Food was minus 2 stars only because 1) the portion of my salad was much less than the ft myers 41 location 2) I order an extra grilled chicken filet for 4.99 and didnt get it 3) my Cobb salad usually always comes with toast but today it did not. Salad was still fresh and tasted good service was fine staff was prompt and friendly very fast.

July 1st at 10:45 I waited for over 10 minutes at the drive the speaker with the welcoming response. The worker then gave me attitude for pulling up to the window to place my order.
I travel all over Florida and eat at different zaxbys locations and this one is by far the cheapest on food portions. I thought I ordered Chicken Tenders, not chicken nuggets.

Love this location! The Zaxby’s chicken is delicious, especially the new lemon pepper dry rub on the traditional wings! The flavor is spectacular! I usually eat french fries, too, but I also like their cole slaw. The staff there is always friendly & helpful – even when you want something done a little differently (my Mom loves their grilled chicken, but likes it with just lettuce & tomato on a plate).

Loaded fries weren’t loaded with anything but one lonely slice of bacon and cheese that didn’t melt, dining room dirty, staff did not care, stood around doing nothing, except maybe messing up the fries. At least the chicken fingers were good.

On May 20, I went to Zaxby’s around 9:30 PM and ordered a Cobb salad. By the time I got home (around 9:50), I realized it was missing both the eggs and the bacon. I called and spoke to someone who told me I could come back today (May 21) to get a new salad made the right way.
So today, I drove back, expecting the issue to be corrected but I was honestly shocked. The amount of bacon I received in the replacement Cobb salad was ridiculous. It wasn’t even a full slice. It was barely half a slice of bacon in the entire salad.
I paid nearly $13 for this meal, and in today’s economy, I think it’s fair to expect to get what I paid for especially after already dealing with a mistake. I appreciate that you attempted to make things right, but if the fix isn’t actually done correctly, it just feels like a waste of my time and gas. I would’ve rather been told no than be sent home with another half-done meal.
If you’re going to make something right, make it right. That’s just basic respect for your customers.

Worst service ever. I pulled up to the drive thru clearly before the other side, started my order only to be cut off and they start taking the other side’s order. Mean while completely quiet as ever. Its ok for 1 item or so, but she was ordering a feast. Like do you guys what service is or first come, first serve?

If you like dead bugs in your lemonade this is the place for you. My girlfriend took a couple sips from her lemonade and then found a dead bug (which is the picture I have attached).
After this I asked for a refund and was told that only the drink will be refunded not the meal.

Great customer service and the food was good and hot as always. My only complaint with this particular restaurant is that the air-conditioning units are pumping cold air right on top of the tables.
