The food here is simply delicious! The service is also fast. Their chicken is well seasoned and very moist. Their salads are amazing and they have egg rolls as sides and crazy cool desserts like funnel cakes, cheesecakes bites, cookies etc. This restaurant is very clean and has lots of seating and parking. Can’t wait to get back!

Zaxby’s is a really great place to go as always! Walked in I will admit the wait was a tiny bit long but I ordered my food and they got it out instantly. The chicken was hot and fresh and the fries were seasoned well. I wish I didn’t get to see Mr. Beast face plastered at the front area but otherwise a great location to go to if you’re looking for good chicken!

My wife and I are always on the lookout for good food at a reasonable price. Having been brought up in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and Northern Wisconsin and Minnesota, we certainly had never heard of Zaxby’s at 19590 Cochran Blvd, Port Charlotte, but we decided to give it a try and we are glad we did! The place is easy to get to and has plenty of parking. Once we entered the place, we saw that it was spacious and clean and we could tell that they fried chicken because the aroma was prevalent. The eating area was large and bright with plenty of windows. We felt right at home. Once we looked over the menu, my wife ordered the Zaxby’s Signature Sandwich meal and I ordered the Zaxby’s Signature Spicy Sandwich meal with extra pickles. Both meals came with a drink and fries. TBH, I wasn’t expecting much as this seemed to me like a burger joint that just served Chicken, but I was surprised. The sandwich was VERY tasty and the chicken was moist and not dry. The sauce was not overpowering and the fries were good. They got my order spot on as I ordered extra pickles and they did double the amount my wife had. My wife ordered hers without sauce and that was done completely correct. We were happy. The service was good and friendly and the food was excellent at a reasonable cost. You should try this place out. It is not fancy, but it is a solid choice in Port Charlotte and we will return.

The lady behind the counter was extremely rude. We waited on just two meals for more than 15 minutes and still didn’t receive all the ingredients that was supposed to be on my chicken cheesesteak. (Photos show they did one correct but left the other one without any!)

Good place for a quick bite. Family-style country atmosphere, friendly staff and a good assortment of salads, sandwiches, iced teas, and even dessert! Moderately priced with ample parking, and they also offer a rewards club as well as a ten percent senior discount!

im not one to ever say anything but i ordered, they repeated back my order exactly how i said and still managed to not make the order correctly, its far pass the food its the lack of care and i guess lack of education to read an order and prepare correctly. it was as simple as leaving 2 toppings of my meal but theyre too incompetent to read and prepare an order correctly. if they focus on working instead of whatever else theyre doing they would be able to complete a simple task.

I’ve always loved Zaxby’s, when we lived near one in Brandon it was fabulous. This location, however, leaves much to be desired. They usually mess up on part of our order. However today takes the cake. They felt burnt bread was acceptable to give to a customer. Very disappointed….
