This was the 1st time I have ever been to a Zaxby’s. They have lots of Salads, Chicken Fingers, Chicken Sandwiches and even Veggie Egg Rolls on the menu. I got Zaxby’s Signature Sandwich, and my wife got what’s called the House Zalad and the Veggie Egg Rolls. Ordering was easy at the front counter and our food came out quick. My Sandwich and Crinkle Fries were ok noting super special about them. My wife’s Salad was huge and lots it items and they all looked fresh and tasted great. The Veggie Eggs Rolls were a little well done for our liking. I found the food here to be ok, but the Salad was a step above for sure. I give this place 4 out of 5 stars.

I went through the drive through at about 10:45 and ordered loaded fries, a 3 piece tender meal, and two funnel cakes. They forgot to include caramel for the funnel cakes so I had to turn around and come grab it which wasn’t even the worst. After making it to my destination I realized that nothing I ordered was fresh whatsoever and they funnel cakes were obviously refried! They opened at 10:30 not sure what happened in 15 minutes but it was terrible! I tasted smoke in my food and when my partner entered the lobby to grab the caramel she stated it reeked of marijuana! I am so disappointed in Zaxby’s! I won’t be returning at this location ever!

RUDE!!!! drive-thru girls were beyond rude and impatient as I tried to read the menu for the first time. When I brought it to what appeared to be a manageress at the window (old woman with grey’ish hair), she snarkily suggested I have a “better rest of my day”.
Food was pretty good, sax sauce tastes like a cheaper version of Canes sauce.
I visited after seeing a TV commercial, and will not be back and will make sure nobody in my circle visits either.

1-Star Review First Time Trying Zaxby’s (Fort Myers)
Tried Zaxby’s in Fort Myers for the first time this past Sunday a last-minute decision for dinner. We ordered three takeout meals, and for the most part, everything seemed decent.
However, my order (a Cobb Zalad with grilled chicken) was completely inedible. The pre-cut chicken pieces looked grilled on the outside with grill marks, but when I started eating, I noticed the texture was oily and squishy. After pulling a few pieces apart, I realized the chicken was still raw inside. Definitely not fully cooked.
If I or my child had eaten it without noticing, we could have become extremely sick. This was very disappointing and concerning for a first visit. Food safety should never be overlooked.

Great customer service by the young lady up front. They got me with the fresh cookies that were being baked cause the smell was irresistible. We ordered the loaded bacon and ranch fries and a zaxbys snax pak. Tenders were fresh and so were the fries. The cookies were icing on the cake!

If I could give you a zero star I would!!!! There was literally 9 employees in this restaurant working and we had to wait in the drive thru line to get our food for almost 15 minutes. The reason I k ow this is we had to go in after witnessing the staff giving orders to the wrong cars. There’s a huge problem with this. It’s called cross contamination. I’m sure the health department would not like this. We don’t know if there sick or what they may be carrying. Once we got our order it was not cooked as ordered and the staff member that brought it out does not need to be working in the hospitality industry. Once again I will say 9 employees and none of them knew what order went where!!!! The pickles are literally burnt.

Really loved it here .. we need one in Cape Coral. Chicken is excellent because it’s real chicken. There is most definitely a difference, and you can tell other fast food places offer chicken, but it is processed most times . This place has real chicken, and you can tell, so when you see a zaxbys and haven’t tried one, i recommend you pull in and try them out.

Went 30 minutes after opening. Very bad quality for the prices. The chicken tenders were a 3rd of the size of the pictures. Food was lukewarm. I ain’t paying 14 dollars for a lukewarm low quality meal. The Employee who took the order was not rude, but could use some training in friendliness. The Employee who handed me the order made no eye contact. Said no words. Just stuck arm with order out of the window. The drinks all ice. Maybe got 4 ounces of pop out of a 44 ounce cup.
