I had a bad experience here. I asked for plain traditional wings as given boneless wings. I then turned back and was given the traditional wings and paid $1.25 more than what I paid 7.69. Please look at the picture attached. This isn’t worth $9. I know the economy is bad but stop playing in people faces. Wing stop is a better option. They weren’t even good they were dry.

Foods a little pricey, However the drive through crew are 10/10 and exceed my expectations. No matter how my days been I can go and expect a huge smile a welcoming greeting from the nice young lady on headset. I come back for the crew, Eli on cashier is the absolute sweetest. They always get my order out fast and if there’s any problem the manager with red hair and her brother are the sweetest and will help you leave satisfied.

Service, cleanliness and quality of food have went way down at this location. They served us cookies that smelled like mold we seen them throw them out and make fresh ones but never came over to offer us new ones or see how they were. The entire restaurant looks like no one cleans. Food on almost every table and on the floors. Looks like a health department call may be in order we won’t be back. They nickel and dime you for everything the least they could do is wipe off the tables and clean up the dining room.

As long-time Winter Haven residents, my family and I make a point to support the businesses in our community, which is why our experience at this Zaxby’s on February 6, 2026, was so disappointing. We’ve visited many times and have always appreciated being able to customize our order. Tonight, not only was our usual request denied, but when we asked for clarification, the person who identified himself as the manager told us, “If you don’t like it, then don’t come here.”
It’s disheartening to hear that from a business we’ve chosen to support for years. Respectful customer service is a basic expectation, especially in a community-oriented area like Winter Haven. This interaction left us feeling unwelcome and hesitant to return.
I truly hope leadership addresses this with the staff so other local families don’t have the same experience. Our community deserves better.

Im not one to usually ever give a review anywhere, but today was just too much to go unnoticed. We take our times very serious just like these employees should. I went during my lunch break to get a quick bite. I get told to move up to the white line next to the door and wait for my order. It was 15 minutes until I noticed the drive through line behind me was completely empty and I noticed the girl who gave me the instructions to move to look out and make a face like “omg I forgot” at this point I decide to go inside and ask about my order and I hear them say “oh yes couple minutes, this the one we thought drove off” this is ridiculous and a complete inconsideration of people’s time.

My wife and we’re just in there, she got the Cobb salad, no tomatoes and no bacon, and I had the zensations salad. Upon her eating her salad, there was hair in it, she took up to the counter and, she told the guy at the register (I don’t recall his name) he asked if she wanted a replacement, she declined the replacement, the guy at the counter proceeded to just throw it away, didn’t even offer a refund, before leaving I asked to speak to a manager, and the manager was kinda snippy and had a fair amount of attitude regarding the situation, she hasjed we wanted it replaced. We declined, no mention if a refund, I had to say we don’t want it replaced we would prefer it just get refunded and more attitude rolled via expression, we did get a refund but it should not have been that much of a hassle to do so, that should have been offered, the guy at the counter should have get a manager and it should have been dealt with in the moment. The people in the kitchen or on the counter have no hair nets on, I mean I gotta say I’m pretty disgusted by that, it’s a restaurant they should all have something covering hair and beards, not one that I could see had anyone protection. I will not be going back to this location. Completely unprofessional and rude staff.

What a wonderful surprise!!! After visiting Legoland, and on our way to Fort Lauderdale, we were all hungry!! We ordered the 20 piece chicken tenders!! What a great idea!! All of the food was hot, and well seasoned. Everyone was so happy!!!

Drive thru was quick but No greetings/ not a hello- goodbye or thank you. Everything had a fish taste to it and extremely salty. The chicken strips were salty, fries were old and stale. Even the lemonade tasted watered dow. Very disappointing

I called in and spoke with Mr. Carlo Rodriguez very professional extremely kind easy to talk to and understood what I was saying right off the bat as I ordered for Delivery he needs to definitely to be given a raise is hard to call in because I understand, Within fast food, it could be difficult but to manage it as he did and take care of it as he did, I appreciate him and I’m so glad to have had the opportunity to speak with him again he needs a raise. On our way back to Miami we stopped into Zaxby’s. The bathroom was very clean. The young lady who took our order was very efficient read back the order for us to make sure it was correct. We ordered cheese bites, fries, chicken wings, and a chicken sandwich. The food was so good! The cheese bites were hot freshly cooked. The fries had the right amount of seasoning. The chicken was so tender, fried to perfection, and the sauces were great. We will definitely be adding Zaxby’s to our road trip stops.
