Went at around 1230, not busy at all.
Had a Bleu Zalad (which had real Bleu cheese on it, btw) and it was amazing. Also had fried pickles, which were perfect.
On 2 separate occasions, they walked atound and checked on everybody. It was clean and tidy, and comfortable.

My first time here at any Zaxby’s. I had the chicken fingers very similar to Canes but it’s not as good as Canes but they have more sauces to choose from. I chose the buffalo garlic sauce very similar to the buffalo sauce you get at Chick-fil-A. I have yet to try Bojangles but I give this for the value 7.6/10!!!!!

So I order in drive thur for two signature chicken sandwiches with plain no zax sauce and no pickle and 5 chicken finger plate with no slaw but double fries and three cup of water. However they told me wait parking lot. I did and wait. Finally got food but no drink and I waiting for almost hour so I left and the food was wrong. Two signature chicken meal were supposed come with two fries but I get one fries and other something else. That is not what I order, and I already ask no pickle but they came with pickle!

Walk in at 11/16/25 @ 6:43pm I started by going to bathroom first there were two employees in bathroom making smoking gestures and playing around. They get up to the counter after being in the bathroom and barley paying attention she asked twice “dine in or take out” and when we said “dine in” Ayani proceeded to say “take out” and when I corrected her for the third time she got a face and said “oh”. She was so busy trying to figure out if this other employee had brought something with her which she put her fingers to her mouth once again in a smoking gesture. She didn’t pay attention to the order then tried to correct and get an attitude until I stepped up and was blocking the area where you tap to pay until we had to her attention back once again from the other employee to ask if it was okay to pay.
Larry the new general manager came to our table and was super friendly and made the experience much better after thank you so much for taking the time to talk to us and be friendly we appreciate it!
