October 7, 2025 Ordered my free Taco from the app for National Taco Day, with a $1 purchase, I bought 4 .25 cent sauces all which are yummy!
9/12/25 stopped by to get my free Chicken taco from the Zaxbys App, got the avocado BLT and it was great! Everyone there was wonderful and kind!
6/15/25 got our free 5 strips for signing up on the app and got meal that comes with 3 strips, fries, toast, lemonade! Flavor is great! Sauce is great too!
9/19/25 used my free taco rewards in the app and got a buffalo bleu chicken taco!

I think this place is great. They have this new chicken fajita quesadilla which is delicious. This is my second time purchasing it and I’m sure it will not be my last. Customer service employees were very polite and courteous. restaurant is always clean and has plenty of parking.

40 minutes and still havent received food. Awful service. Have been told 5-10 minutes multiple times and that was at least 20 minutes ago. Would of left if it was for the fact of already paying and not wanting to deal with the awful refund process

It can be tough being everything to everybody, especially in customer service. Jennifer went above and beyond making sure I received my food in a timely manner despite being hit with a rush. raise in wage or PTO to take care of her. Good help is hard to find.

My wife and I were looking for a quick bite, and Zaxby’s helped cure the craving. Food was delicious and aesthetically pleasing, (matched the menu pictures) the restaurant was very clean and the staff was super friendly. We will definitely be back!

Ms. Shawn is such a rarity for today’s world. That young lady always has a smile and knows her stuff! My most recent visit a fella named Irving waited on me and was super nice. A man named Zachary was taking care of the dining room and it was spotless! As we went to leave he even went over and held the door for us. The staff at this location goes above and beyond and they do it with smiles on their faces and I appreciate that.

I was helped by a young man named briel who is an excellent worker and very understanding and adept at his job. However, the rest of his coworkers were rude, snobby, and in general made the entire experience awful. I had ordered my food they got my name wrong and when I didn’t immediately get up they started screaming my name and one of the workers even implied I had been kicked out. The reason for this was because there was teenagers who were smoking and creating a ruckus right next to me and me and my friends who are not related to them at all. I had come separately ended up getting the blame simply because we are similar age groups mind you I am an 18 year-old woman with my friends. It was ridiculous. The service was awful. However, I hope Gabriel can find a better job with coworkers that actually match his level of intellect and critical thinking.
