I ordered a chicken fajita quesadilla and got a a soggy chicken bacon ranch quesadilla it was delivered and instead of offering to bring me the correct order they just offered a refund… BubbaQues offers to send you the correct order why can’t y’all?? Whole day ruined.

I’m aware this is not a 5-star restaurant and don’t expect the “Disney experience” but we walk in and the young lady with blue hair just stood there and stared at me. No “hello” no “how can I help you”….nothing….blank stare as though we were inconveniencing her by being there. Food was just ok. Luke warm. Soda station was filthy. Wish I had taken a pic. Will not be going back.

Good food when it’s made correctly but that’s RARE. Ask for extra seasoning on the fries, get no seasoning. Order a large fry (with extra seasoning), get about 15 fries that don’t even fill half the container that also have zero seasoning whatsoever. Great burnt to a crisp and chicken barely breaded and nearly undercooked. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the White Cheddar bites are consistently good, including during this mess of an order. I shouldn’t have to do the employees job and check EVERY TIME that my food is made correctly.

The food was perfect for what I was looking for, the chicken was made right, and the sandwich came out fantastic. Their fries are perfectly seasoned, maybe a little large, but still great. Athena went out of her to make sure our visit was nothing less than phenomenal, she greeted us kindly, treated us like family, and my brother and I are definitely impressed. We got our food within 5 minutes, and we were hungry. My brother and I will totally be back.

I cannot begin to describe the level of incompetence at this location. I’m currently 12 weeks pregnant and since I was in the area, I was craving Zaxbys. I had time to spare so I placed an order on Google for pick up at 12:13 pm. I received an email confirmation, and two text messages (for order updates).
I pulled into the Zaxby parking lot and called at 12:31 pm to ask if I needed to come in or go through the drive-thru to pick up my online order when it was ready. The woman advised I could do either option. At 12:45 pm, my order was ready so I pulled into the drive-thru only to be told that there were “no online orders.”
I pulled out of line and called back. I’m not sure if it was the same person who answered, but she said “we don’t have any online orders. Did you call the right location?” I told them I was coming into the restaurant because not only was I already charged, but I had order and text confirmation.
Two different people in the restaurant said that they don’t have my order (without asking me what I ordered to verify). But, my order was sitting on the counter with my name on it! I showed them my orders and they still insisted that it wasn’t my order and it was actually for a Postmates delivery in which I didn’t pay a delivery fee.
I showed them how I placed the “order pick up” online option, my email receipts, my text receipts, and showed them my complete order. The second girl looked at the receipt on my order next to my email confirmation and STILL WOULD NOT give me my order. Instead, I had to wait to then speak to the General Manager (this is the third person at this point).
I was so angry at this point and even offered to show my driver’s license. I’ve never experienced such a ridiculous experience at a fast-food establishment. I included screenshots of everything because I’m still astounded by what I had to experience.
Bright side: the food (though cold because of how long I waited) was very good.

Despite the economy, we are aware how it is.
Why do we have to get less salad ( tomatoes 3 pieces)or less chicken? Very disappointed. Every one know s this is my favorite place to eat.
From Atlanta and Tampa location the portions are all inconsistent and small. Tampa portions are worst. BRANDON, SEFFNER & HILLSBOROUGH.

This place is so hit or miss. Ordered 20 wings no sauce and got them home and black spots in wings black spots on the inside and smells like an armpit. Waste of money sadly. I rarely eat out because I’m trying to lose weight but I figured some wings without the high cal sauce wouldn’t be too bad planned on having 5 and my family would eat the rest.

Dine in. New fries are not good. There was a piece of chewed gum on my food tray. Which, aside from nasty, indicates they don’t clean the trays after each use. Leaving aside the mystery of chicken and fingers, I would like to speak to the crinkle-cut French fries that Zaxby’s serves. These French fries are delicious. A case could be made that these are the best fries available. And should that case be made, friends, we need to hear it. Lend your ears to the case that Zaxby’s has the best French fries, helped, in no small part, by the power of season salt. Seasoned salt? Seasoning salt? I’m not sure, but it is certainly a hero in all this. Zaxby’s fries. A case could be made, indeed.

Zaxby’s is a chicken restaurant chain located in Valrico, FL. Just be aware this location hasn’t seen many renovations recently. When we walked in, the AC was out. It would be best preferred to avoid dining in. However, due to mobile ordering, we had no issues with service and got our food immediately.
We got a family size meal. The chicken and boneless wings had great flavor; as well as the fries, toast, and cheese curds. However, the texture of the fries were a little off. There will be a few hiccups at any Zaxby’s locations, but still a decent place for chicken.
