I placed my order with the most unenthusiastic, low-voiced, didn’t-look-like-he-wanted-to-be-there employee — whose name badge identified him as Christian Beverly, the store manager. I could hardly understand him because he wouldn’t speak up. Maybe he was having a bad day because it seemed like his mind was elsewhere.
I ordered a 5-piece with well-done fries. Well. Heh. My tray had the right ticket by it, but I had to immediately bring it back because I paid for 5 and received 4. Also, my fries weren’t well-done but at that point I didn’t want to give them another opportunity to disappoint me. I’m pretty sure I received someone else’s order.
This type of service and treatment never happens when another manager, Nash, is working. How did this guy become manager?!

This place knows how to make chicken. The strips are extremely tender, and the fries are outstanding. The shakes are thick and delicious. Even the salads are good! If you want top-notch chicken and salads, head over to Zaxby’s. You won’t regret it!

Customer service is 0 out of 10. They need better training! Why would you ask a customer when they order 20 wings and only 18 available if they wanted to wait an extra 12 minutes for the other 2? Instead maybe offer 2 boneless?!? There was nothing offered… it was wait 12 or wait. 2nd say only 2 dips come with a meal of 20 wings and 2 baskets of fry’s. That’s a meal for 3-4 people. 2 dips?? Never again.

Look, the food is good… when you eventually get it. But curbside pickup here is basically a trust exercise. You give them your order and trust that someday your crinkle fries will emerge from the void.
If you’re hungry and in a hurry, go literally anywhere else. If you’re looking to catch up on emails, meditate, or contemplate your life choices, pull up and make yourself comfortable. You’ll be here a while.

Why did the chicken cross the road, you say…well to get to Zaxby’s!
First-time customer, and I must say the original chicken sandwich was incredible! The chicken was very moist and cooked to perfection. Let’s not stop there because the seasoned fries were outstanding!

This place is just so consistent. The chicken strips are always fresh, and the fries are usually seasoned just right. It’s a go to for a quick meal on the way home from work or lunch.

If I could give zero stars I would. My Online curbside pick up order was placed at 10:30pm and not ready until 11:07pm. I went to the drive thru first to make sure the building was still open. I told the worker I placed an order at 10:30pm and I would be waiting at the designated pick up parking spot. The worker said nothing back. After waiting over 20 minutes passed expected pick up time (10:46pm) I got out of my car at 11:06pm and had to walk up to the drive through window for ab employee to tell me curbside pick up closes at 9pm. If this is true why would I be able to order my food online? And why wasn’t I told this when I first arrived at the drive through window? Please train your staff better. Never going back to this location again.

The food quality gets progressively worse. Wings were so overcooked that they were not edible as was dry and hard. Fries were extra salty. Don’t think I’ll be back. Needs better food standards.

But the Chick-fil-a on Wickham road has been closed for remodeling so I thought I would give them a try
We have now come here 4 times. The first time everything was fantastic and I thought the fries were awesome. The seasoning they use has some spice to it. But is not so over the top that you can’t taste the potato.
I thought it was a very good balance.
We did get some of their chicken finger sandwiches which they call Nibblerz. I wasn’t too thrilled with the sauce that they put on them. But other than that, they were good.
On our second trip, the fries had no seasoning on them. They were just playing old crinkle cut french fries and I thought maybe I had a bad memory.
So we had to come back for a third time. And once again, the first experience repeated itself.
One thing that surprised me was that among their list of sauces there was teriyaki. It was a very good teriyaki at that
