So apparently Zaxbys doesn’t know how to do their job right. How do I order a lemon pepper chicken sandwich and their employees didn’t put literally anything on it. Where’s my sauce? lettuce? Tomato?. I mean you already charge some overpriced number for your food atleast do it right. And trust me I work in the food industry that place was dead having literally 4 customers. It makes me question how your staff of atleast equal number can’t get a single thing right. I really do genuinely appreciate ruining my first and last experience by not doing the bare minimum for the food industry. Word of advice maybe train your employees better to so they actually know what goes on each item. And trust me if your managers can’t do it, I’ll do it for them.

Super clean, with a quiet atmosphere. They even had hand sanitizer in the bathrooms. Food was hot and the service was quick. Employees seem to work well together and keep the restaurant in good shape.

Waited almost 10 minutes for wings and tenders. Just received cold food. Sadly this place was pretty good! The only reason didn’t ask for the manager because they were sitting on a break. This place is not worth it!

Ordered the nibbler plate, and it was really good. The chicken tenders were moist. The Zax sauce was perfect. The customer service was really good. I ordered a unsweet tea and lemonade and they did a perfect. I have no complaints about them way to go keep up the great customer service.

It has been a few years since I have eaten at a Zaxby’s so do not know if the brand is still relevant. The highlight was the Tongue Torch sauce and the customer service.
There is nothing “big” about the Big Zax Meal. Small, lukewarm portion overall and surprisingly undersized chicken tenders compared to their competitors. Taste was mediocre but elevated by their signature sauces.

The lady who took my order was very nice she told me it would be an extra 7 minutes for my wings, I was happy to wait. I got teryaki boneless wings, there is maybe 1 oz of sauce between these 10 wings. Other than that great service

I decided to give Zaxby’s a try today. This is my first visit to this establishment. Staff was very friendly and moving efficiently. There chicken sandwich is like a hybrid of a Popeyes sandwich and Chick-fil-A. The fries were hot, crispy and seasoned well. My only problem would be that my Coke was almost flat and watered down. It had very little carbonation. And the ketchup packets that were handed to me were covered in ketchup but overall I thoroughly enjoyed my lunch and would definitely visit again.
