UPDATE: I’ve had nearly 10,000 contributions with restaurant experiences and have only given out a 1 a handful of times. Even those instances I’ve given the establishment a second chance to correct the issue or it possibly was just a bad shift and the next time I come was fine and I change the ranking. This is the ONLY review that I’ve given a 1 and stand by it! I received a response from the owner requesting that I go through their customer service site and let them know what happened so that they can correct the issue. No surprise here, I did exactly as he said, and I haven’t heard anything from them. This is truly a horrible corporation top down to its store employees. I would advise staying away from this restaurant unless you want to deal with what I have just informed you of.
This location is absolutely horrible. It makes Steak n’ Shake look like fast food. No joke, we waited at the window after paying for our food for 30 minutes with a long line of cars behind us. We stopped in on our way to our church small group. We were early and had 45 minutes of time to burn, so we decided to grab some chicken. It took us 10 minutes just to order, and we’re in line nearly 45 minutes by the time we left with our food. We actually were now late to our church group ASL function, which was very frustrating. To top everything off, we didn’t even get the correct food we ordered. If you’re in the Sanford, FL area, avoid this restaurant like the plague!

We ordered through the app to have our food ready by 645 pm. Arrived at about 641 and figured I would be a little early. My wife went in to find out that they had forgot our order. Nearly 20 minutes later my wife said that people that were coming in behind her were getting their food but the girls upfront had to keep telling the guys in back to make our order. A few minutes later she finally came out with our food. The whole point to the app is time management which is why you pick what time you want your food ready. If I wanted to wait I would have just went through the drive through and ordered. Do better Zaxby’s.

Originally I went through the drive thru at 10:06am. They open at 10. My signature zax sandwich did not look fresh and the bacon was old. I came back and went inside. There was a young white and black girl in the front. They were very respectful and polite. The cook remade the sandwich and the second sandwich was made perfectly ! I loved the service and the customer service.

We’ve eaten here a few times. We always get it to go. This time we ordered online and picked up our meal threw the drive thru. Almost every single time we’ve eaten here some part of the order is wrong. Luckily the food is good so even if it’s wrong it’s still good enough to eat. We got the family meal deal of 30 boneless wings, comes with two large fries and toast. We added fried pickles and an extra order of fries to the order. Ordering online made the meal perfect! Nothing was wrong with the order itself. However all the chicken was super cold. Weird but the fries were hot. Pickles were warm too. Just the chicken was cold (30 seconds in microwave fixed that!). All three flavors were pretty good. Although this isn’t my favorite place I’m sure we’ll eat here again out of convenience.

The food here is extremely salty and hardly edible..especially the fries. I ended up throwing away all of my food because it was just overkill. I ordered the 4 piece chicken fingers and their fried pickles. The only thing I actually enjoyed was the fried pickles, everything else was trash. On top of that, whoever was at the drive thru was pretty damn rude and I guess they just hate their job. I refuse to go back to this location, wait times are ridiculous from past experiences, and just nasty customer service. No thank you!

I have to say this staff is truly ex because I came here 3 minutes before closing and they took my order. I have been at other chains where they just stopped taking order 10 minutes before closing. This is a true testimony of management and staff working together so service others. As always the food is really good

Flavor is great, chicken and potatoes fried to perfection, coleslaw is just how I like it . My service was very pleasant. She looked at me smiled she actually engaged with me. So I would say great customer service.

We are still here eating. Sim is amazing! This is our first time here. We will definitely be back just because of her. She helped us with the menu and picking out what would be the best option for our family! Can’t wait to come back just to see her.

I’ve been to this location many times since it opened. It’s had ups and downs, but overall, the food has consistently won me over.
One time, they were low on staff and had to close the lobby, but still let me in to get my pickup order. Much appreciated!
Tonight, placed a mobile order and walked in a few minutes early to find it ready to go. Food was great, they just didn’t give my wife the correct sauce. She was OK with the sauce they put in the bag though.
Overall, the food has been consistently good at this location and that’s what is the most important. Never had a bad meal to this date.
You can definitely find things to complain about if you want to look for them, but as long as you’re flexible and understanding, you should have a quality and good tasting meal here.

NEVER AGAIN. I was waiting for about 20 min or more for a curbside pickup. I had to go inside and ask for a refund. The food was sitting on the counter… They didn’t know it was a curbside order. How could that be possible!
