If you’ve been to a Zaxby’s then you know the food is good. I like the quantity they give you compared to other fast food chicken places. The flavors are good and a wide range to choose from. This particular Zaxby’s is typically pretty quick with the service and the inside is always clean.

My husband brought me home the fried Cobb two night ago. I always get this salad but this time, not only did it not have any eggs, but the ingredients tasted like they’ve been in an open cooler, uncovered and were inedible. The cheese was hard and tomatoes were so gross. The one measly chicken tender was burnt so badly the meat couldn’t be chewed. Just because it was 8-9 pm doesn’t mean you can serve trash!

We’ve eaten here a few times. We always get it to go. This time we ordered online and picked up our meal threw the drive thru. Almost every single time we’ve eaten here some part of the order is wrong. Luckily the food is good so even if it’s wrong it’s still good enough to eat. We got the family meal deal of 30 boneless wings, comes with two large fries and toast. We added fried pickles and an extra order of fries to the order. Ordering online made the meal perfect! Nothing was wrong with the order itself. However all the chicken was super cold. Weird but the fries were hot. Pickles were warm too. Just the chicken was cold (30 seconds in microwave fixed that!). All three flavors were pretty good. Although this isn’t my favorite place I’m sure we’ll eat here again out of convenience.

I haven’t been to a Zaxby’s in a few years. I ordered a Signature Chicken Sandwich. The chicken tasted rubbery like processed chicken. It was horrible. Of all the chain restaurants. Zaxby’s is at the bottom of the list. They have gone down hill big time. Plus the Men’s bathroom was a filthy. When the restaurant staff is all teenagers. That’s what you get. No pride.

I ordered through the drive through, for starters the woman was the softest speaking person in the building and yet i could hear everyone else through the window talking except for her, she had a bad attitude and put the wrong information on the order. she was rude and only gave me 2 sauces for 6 tenders stating “I already put the zaxbys sauce in the bag.” That would be great if I were asked what sauce I wanted in the first place which she did not. On top of that this place has THE SALTIEST food you can possibly imagine. I have tried other locations and this place clearly has no earthly idea how to properly make the zaxbys menu. good god please get corporate down there.
