We received excellent service from Juan Diego yesterday. He is respectful and thoughtful, not only while taking our order, but he checked on us and cleared our table (tray) afterwards. The food was delicious as usual. I love the teriyaki chicken fingers! This is my favorite place to get my lemonade/sweet tea combo.

The staff was very friendly, there was no line so Patricia took our order right away. After we filled our drinks the food came out immediately. Less than two minutes wait from ordering to receiving our order which was excellent. We ordered the kids grilled cheese, Asian zensasion salad and wrap which was $35. So their prices were great for three meals. They were delicious! The environment was nice, lots of family. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Your chicken is rubbery, chewy and dry. Seasoned well, I’ll give you that. I won’t stop trying. Once a quarter… until you figure it out. Then, more often. This is not a complaint. Just feedback. Ordered Monday early afternoon.

Went through the drive through just after 2 today. I ordered the “shrimp meal” what the menu says, but I got the surf and turf. Not what I wanted or ordered. Since i was on my lunch break I could not return to get the right order. Additionally, the young man at the window was busy talking to his co worker about the person in front of me that had to pull up, pretty much didn’t acknowledge me except to tell me how much i owed, thats it. Didnt thank me even after I said thank you. As a manager of a local business this behavior would be unacceptable. Do better Zaxbys.

My husband just picked up our lunch here and ordered a side of egg rolls for an additional $4. After returning home and learning the egg rolls were not given to him and verifying he did indeed pay for them on the receipt he called for a refund and was advised he’d have to return to the store for that to happen. Since that’s not an option they just get to keep our $4 when this was their mistake? This is 2025 and that seems unacceptable. We’d happily send a photo of the receipt. Please double check; we’d rather give away free money to a charity.

Today I decided to eat Zaxbys, went to the drive thru for a Zesty Salad and Chicken Fajitas Quesadillas. The salad was good except for the Spring Roll that was burn, the Quesadillas was good too, but the pepers and onion was a little overcook. I go back, THANKS, to ask for a well cook Spring Roll, and when the lady saw the burn one she was surprise and say sorry and because of that they gave me 2 Spring Rolls, and they were much better than the first one. Keep an eye and check your food before you leave any place.

One of the best Zaxby’s I have visited and ate at. Very clean inside, and service was awesome! Was greeted, everyone was friendly, and staff was patient with my mother who couldn’t decide and tried to read the menu. They helped her find something, and were very accommodating.

I went in wanting to try the lemon pepper sandwich and turns out i really hated it and could not take another bite of it. i figured id give it a try to see if i could trade it after a couple bites, i let them know it was nothing of their fault but i just hated the flavor and with no hesitation they traded it out! The cashier Cat was very nice about it and helped me get a sandwich i enjoyed very much. Very clean and amazing food plus an amazing atmosphere.

I went to another Zaxby’s in Orlando and I had a really nice experience. Not so much here. No one in line when I walked up to the counter, a girl was standing there doodling on a piece of paper. So I waited and she never said a word to me. A minute goes by and she turned and walked away without saying anything. She comes back a minute later and just stares at me.
So I started telling her my order, and then I had to repeat the whole thing twice because she wasn’t paying attention, and started talking to a co-worker half way thru.. So I got our food, and went back to get honey mustard sauce, and she wouldn’t give it to me until I went back to my table and gave herthe Zack sauce back, so then when I asked for an extra one she made me pay her $0.25. I was kinda ticked off at this point,so I left the trash all over the table and washd my coleslaw cup out with $0.50 worth of soda and loaded up all the lemons in it so I could have it for my tea to go. Maybe I got my $0.25 back in lemons.
