Last night , 2/27/26 , quite literal “cherry” on top of the worst Zax experience I’ve ever had, long fake Red hair placed perfectly on top of my fries and chicken. If you’re set on eating Zaxbys drive the extra 12 minutes to archer or just get Canes it’s better any way.
They had me pay for the wrong meal, which I didn’t care, the total was similar to what I should’ve paid (not in my favor). They gave me an extra soda cause they were so confused on what was happening and they already messed up, cool that was nice, but even with the extra soda not one of them was the one I ordered. I don’t care when people make mistakes or take a long time, I was chill and still happy until I got home and saw the red hair that seemed purposeful. They also mentioned to me some of the chicken was still frozen? Not sure what that meant but it definitely put me on edge lol , my husband ended up getting the poops instantly which is rare for him lol…… Regional manager or someone needs to come retrain this location. Also maybe put someone capable of smiling at the window ?? Are you okay? Just cause I’m smiling and chill doesn’t mean I am happy, I was faking it to try and make your mess less stressful, everyone has stuff going on in their lives. Ruined zaxbys for me entirely. May the Holy Spirit enter that Zaxbys they really need it.

Tasted great, wasn’t even upset that the order took forever to come out until I found a dirty wood chip in it. Won’t be returning.

No one behind me but the made me pull around to the side. They took ten minutes to bring me a chicken sandwich. The lady came out about five mutes after waiting to tell me to move up and block the sidewalk for the place. She is definitely a bit crazy ocd about the waiting area. After another five minutes they brought me my food but forgot my coke. I got so mad that I just left. This is not the first time I’ve had issues there. The sandwich is average at best. I will not go back there.

I wish negative stars was an option. Former Zaxby’s employee here, so I know these restaurants are not supposed to run like this. I was the only car in the drive thru when I arrived. Since my order included 10 fingerz, I was asked to pull through and park to wait for my order. After about 20-25 minutes of waiting, I had to come inside to retrieve my order, which was sitting behind the counter. I checked the order when I got to my car and it was missing the 10 fingerz. While waiting for the food I had ordered half an hour prior to be cooked, I realized how disorganized and dirty the restaurant was. There was excessive trash in front of the store, trash on the dining room floor, the drink station was a disorganized mess and needed stocking, tables needed bussing, there were random open boxes on every countertop in the server alley, the server alley floor had a bunch of Zax sauce on it, and the trash in the server alley was overflowing. Pretty much everywhere I looked was signs of laziness. The only thing that impressed me about this visit was how much dedication there must be amongst the staff to NOT clean the restaurant. I’m curious how much crud is built up in the back of the cold drawers they keep the chicken in, but my guess is it can be measured in pounds.
I hope Zaxby’s corporate sees this review and pays close attention to this store for a few months. It needs it. I certainly won’t eat at this location again, but I’m confident the other patrons will appreciate it.

Great Chicken Fingers, with even better Fries. Just have to ask them to add their Extra Fry Seasoning. Staff seems to Be into Customer Service, so Good Management exists here at this Gainesville Main Street Location. Will Gladly Return for Really Good Fast Food. … Sorry for You Popeyes…. But Zaxby’s is NEVER OUT of chicken like You, and We’ve Rarely/Never had to wait 18-25 minutes for Freshly Made Chicken….Cough,Cough POPEYES you need to learn MANY things/traits from Zaxby’s…..

The restaurant is filthy with trash piled at the drive through window. The young woman behind the counter made my wife feel terrible just because we were using a gift card for partial payment and proceeded to drop several foul words at my wife and openly complaining about her in front of her to her coworkers. This is the closest Zaxbys to us but I will drive across town from now on.

Now y’al dead wrong for serving me these wings that’s purple on the inside . I asked for my wings to be tossed in nuclear sauce and y’al gave them to me dry . Also , your customer service at the window is horrible . It’s 3 workers in the windows & y’al are still forgetting to put items in a bag . Do better

Would leave no stars if i could. Sat and waited 20 minutes past scheduled curbside order pickup time. Tried to call, noone answered. Walked in and picked up cold food at the counter (sitting since the pickup time?) got meal home and missing part of my order. Tried to call again, (shockingly) no answer. Sent a ticket to zaxbys corporate in hopes of getting my order refunded since I only received half of it, cold, half an hour later than the pickup time.

The costumer service it’s horrible and dose not change there is the same young lady at the cash register each time very rude talks over you and comes at you hostile this is now the 3rd or 4th time it’s honestly amazing to me how there still letting her work with suck poor costumer service each day this highly disappointed me

Service was awful. Lady taking orders wasnt paying attention at all. Food took 30 mins to get. Was missing a whole meal from order. Floors are greasy, slippery and not clean. Employees were also smoking weed behind the building. DO NOT EAT HERE.
