We love this Zaxby’s! It’s the best one we have been to! My ONLY complaint is the restaurant has been so hot within these last few days. It’s been hard to actually enjoy our meal. Otherwise, great food & great customer service! The Defuniak Springs location should take notes on the food and service Crestview provides!

The staff were great. Awesome.. The food however not so much. This WAS my goto food place! My family could tell you that in a second but now the food is not as good as it once was! I always get the Chicken Finger Plate large, Always, it never changes. The coleslaw was so small it was gone in 2 mouthfuls! The chicken fingers could have been real chicken fingers they were so small!! The best thing was the toast!! I had a zaxby’s sauce in the box that had a cut in the top of it! The picture of the coleslaw is before I had started eating it!! Yet the price keeps going up!! I’ll have to find a new favourite now….possibly Arby’s.

On June 26th 2022 at approx. 7:40, I tasted the best Zaxby’s I’ve ever had; and I’m a regular… I had family over so I ordered extra and hoped that they’d get everything right and boy did they over deliver. The chicken tasted COMPLETELY fresh and the wings were PERFECTLY sauced ✨ I wish I could’ve took a picture but I ate it to fast 🙁 but believe me!!! I will never forget this takeout from Zaxby’s.

We didn’t realize when we went in at 8:39 that they closed at 9 and we had a pretty big order with special requests on some. All the meals came out HOT and all were right. Pretty amazing to me considering the time and I’m sure they were ready to go.the only complaint I could have is alot of the drink choices were unavailable. They young man that took our order was very friendly as well. I do have a question though, why do some Zaxby’s charge for extra sauces and some don’t?

They have exceptional employees one specifically I didn’t catch her name but she worked tonight Saturday November 5th very polite young lady and helpful as well she went above and beyond and overachieved customer service by giving me my exact meal even though I got there in the code had expired thank you very much you deserve a raise you deserve a raise
