This establishment truly exceeded our expectations. The bathrooms were some of the cleanest I’ve ever seen, & the dining area was just as spotless & well-maintained. The food was exceptional! Incredibly fresh, flavorful, & served without any wait time, which made the entire experience even better. The General Manager & Nikki were both warm, welcoming, & genuinely attentive. Their professionalism & dedication to creating a positive customer experience did not go unnoticed. It’s clear they take great pride in maintaining a clean, inviting environment, & they truly went above & beyond. Team members like Nikki & the GM are a huge asset to this location & absolutely deserve recognition for their outstanding service; including a well-earned raise for the outstanding work they do. Will be coming back to this location just because of them.

Begged my family to get dinner here. I’m from south Florida with no zaxbys around. I was on bus for over 9 hours and was starving. I should have checked my bag but I already had a lap full of sodas and luggage. After 20 minute ride home, mouth watering, everyone’s food but mine was in the bag! Tried to call but wouldn’t connect. I’m so mad!!!! Went to bed hungry and tired. Guy taking orders in drive-thru was rude too!

5.29.2023 @ 9.40 pm…. We’ve been here almost an hour getting our order completed and corrected! If my husband wasn’t patient, I’d have left long ago with the half of the order that was correct AND a FULL refund…. we waited almost 25+ minutes for a kiddie cheese meal… 30+ minutes!!! And they charged us 2x….
Finally, got the grilled cheese and it’s cold! Never got utensils nor the salad dressing; yet decided to leave anyway out of pure frustration….

I would not order here if you want to actually get your food or get your money back. I ordered through the app and gave my name was told to pull up to the window. When I got to the window I was told that someone else already got my order,and that there was nothing that they can do even with me showing them my order in the app. One employee walked off with my phone. I was told that they can not look up orders and if it’s not on their screen there is nothing they can do about it. I was told that the regional manager would have to call me Monday to get my money back on my card. I seriously doubt that it will happen. I will be calling my bank first thing Monday to get my money back. The staff needs to be fired or a lot better training
Because of this location I will never do business with Zaxby’s again and we ate there at least a few times a week.

Pretty dissatisfied with my order today. From the time I placed my order to the time I got my food, it had been 30 minutes. Waited in a parking spot for 20 of those minutes for a salad and order of egg rolls. I walked in to ask about my order and it’s sitting on the counter, but I was told “it just came up”. Get in my car with my order and it’s cold but fried to a crisp. I have never not been parked when going through the drive thru at this location. If I’m parking, I’m expecting fresh food, and that’s not what I was served today. Also, the sweet and spicy sauce was missing from my order of egg rolls.
