I had a great experience tonight visiting Zaxby’s. I ordered two Zensational Zalads and came during a busy time, so there was a little wait but it was well worth it because the egg rolls were freshly cooked. Joe kept me informed the entire time and was extremely kind and professional. He was awesome! Because of the brief wait, I was also offered a free meal card, which I really appreciated. Thank you!!

If you make a mobile order and are picking up through the drive thru don’t pull forward. Wait for your food, otherwise you will be forgotten about. I had to call the restaurant and ask for my order that should have been ready 25 minutes earlier. I was the second car inline waiting for food. When I arrived home my order was wrong and some of the food looked destroyed in the box. Tongue Torch boneless wings had no sauce on them and the chicken tenders were the smallest I’ve seen. If this is how Zaxby’s treats customers I’ll be going elsewhere with my money. It’s not worth my sanity.

Disappointed and surprised Drive-Thru experience. I stopped by to use a bogo coupon for a zax snack. I was told they were out of small cups and that I could pay for a larger drink to go with my meal. When I asked if I could go with no drink for a discount they said it would take one dollar off. A small drink cost more than one dollar but if I choose to not PAY MORE for a larger drink (because the store was out of small cups that go with what I ordered) – they only take a dollar off the bill. The store ran out of the cup size that goes with the menu item and the customer can go without for a less than cost discount or pay more for a larger drink…? Seems the store issue should not cost the customer BUT in this case it did for everyone who ordered a meal that comes with a small drink. When we asked to speak with a manager he explained the same discount or upcharge option. No alternative. I even asked if I could get extra fries instead and he said no. Also, the ranch cup that comes with the Zax snak was not in the bag. Instead there were Zax sauce cups. I even mentioned when ordering that I wanted to make sure the ranch cup was coming with the meal. I saw two cups in the bag but did not unpack everything to make sure it was ranch. In addition the chicken which is usually good was over cooked and dried out. So…. Be sure to park in the Drive-Thru and take the time to inspect every part of your order before pulling off. It’s unfortunate but as a customer it seems we get to make up $ for store supply issues and be in charge of quality control… Can management or owner help this make sense…?

I consistently get wrong orders from this location. This time they were clearly playing with my emotions. No meat OR sauce on my Nibblerz… Just bread and fries.

Food was great as always. They adopted the chicfila method of ordering, good for seasoned Zax members but we dont frequent often, should be an option to bypass the drive thru runner ordering. I did learn of the app, and will use that next time.

This may be the worse Zaxby’s in the area. Atitudes are awful, rude, handing people old good food. Went in at 510 after placing online order at 5. App said ready at 510. Went in, gave name, she rolled her eyes and started helping others. 10 more minutes I ask again. Still nothing. 10 more minutes; a guy asked and he proceeds to hand me a bag from behind the counter that was sitting there when I walked in and a watered down soda. Food was cold, missing items and integer. This place should be closed.

Boneless wings were left out to rot under the heat lamp and they have the audacity to skimp me on my 10 boneless wings with 7 ugly poorly sauced as if they have a shortage of sauce wings completely inedible. And when you order on the app the tie the bag all up so you have to wait until you get home to see their poor quality. Ask for extra seasoning on the fries and they give no seasoning at all smh food was 0/10 dont recommend and since I used the app they cant refund me so I will have to call the 800 number

Love this location. I went there tonight and line was a lil long. The manager and another employee Austin was out in the cold taking orders. I appreciate the hard work because it was 30 degrees. The line was moving fast tho. Thanks again food was on point as always.

Every table in the restaurant was disgusting and needed to be clean, no one else was in the restaurant, no reason for dirty tables. Food was what one would expect still good. Cashier wash quiet.
